The best laundromat in Michigan. Very friendly staff and everyone that comes in is nice as well.

Very nice and clean establishment. When I had a minor issue with the washer. The nice attendant immediately stopped her task and assisted me.

The washer and dryer in my apartment died. The landlord took over a month to replace them. The last time I had to do my laundry here I was very low on money as it was in between pay days... There was not one 3.5 load washer open. I wanted to cry. An employee (most likely an owner) paid for me to use a bigger washer. I also dropped my debit card in there and it was turned in. They returned it to me. What nice people. It is very clean too... Can't say enough good about these people!

This is literally the best laundromat I have ever been to and the owner is unbelievable he does everything he can to make sure it his customers are completely happy with the services he offers them. The staff is also friendly and helpful and very honest if you leave something behind. This is my go to laundry mat whenever I'm in town. Bernie

Pros: very clean, lots of equipment, moderately priced and well staffed. Mostly cashless.Cons: equipment is dated, washers smell bad, clothes are heavy with water after spin cycle. Too many "Out of order" machines. Small parking lot.Wrote this after 3 visits

I love this place. Hubby and I use it all the time. Staff is nice. Prices for soap, bleach etc is high. So we bring our own. There is a Target down the street.

Very quiet environment and it's never really crowded. The staff is nice and energetic, all of the machines work nicely, there are also televisions and vending machines if you choose to stay in the building while your clothes are being washed and/or dried. However, if you choose to leave they now have this cool card that you can scan and connect to your machine. If you choose to leave the building, it will send an alert to your phone whenever your machine stops.

Landry attendant is rude. Asked why a small detergent was 8 dollars when I bought that same brand , 2 gallon size at Aldi. She replied, "Go to Aldi's then." I didn't need detergent just wa inquiring about the price. Drying is too high. 50 cent for only 12 minutes. Takes about 3 dollars to dry a load.

Everything you'd want in a coin laundromat!! Lots of washers, all sizes. Lots of dryers. Owner is on site and attentive. They clean by the pound if you prefer. Impressively, the rest rooms are functioning and clean!

I rarely need to use a laundry mat, but I'm so glad to have a good one close by! Our washer and dryer have been out of service since March 20, when our basement flooded with sewage. That's also the time the pandemic really started. I was relying on family to help with laundry, but that got super taxing and we don't have family super close. I gave in and decided to give Laundromax a try. Their building looks great, always looks clean, they take care of their stuff. Of course you'll always have a machine out or so, but they have so many it really doesn't hurt them. I've never had more than 6 people there with me at a time. Everyone is nice, the staff is readily available, they have tons and tons of products if you forget anything. Their machines are also fast, I was surprised to be done in less than 1.5 hours one trip. They even took precautions with the pandemic and public safety. If I ever need help with washing clothes again I will go here first next time!

If you want your dry cleaning to take forever, then this is the place for you. The first time I went there, it took one week to dry clean one pair of pants. The 2nd time took 10 days. Today, I went in and was advised it would be almost TWO WEEKS. I am going elsewhere from now on.
