Really upset with the customer service and the disregard for contractual promises. Do not expect to get your unit cartons delivered on time. I specifically ordered from this company because they told me they print in New Jersey but then when the order was running late I was told they printed it abroad. Poor business ethics and terrible communication.

After Months of delays and being strung along, the boxes were lost in transit, Claws shipped another set of boxes after I canceled the order which were not correctly printed. He also ignores emails and doesn't respond.Rich portrays his company as a USA company but is drop shipping boxes from Pakistan, he promises 10-12 day turnaround but in actuality he manipulates the customer to increase the turnaround time, all in all the order was placed on 8/17/22 and mis-printed boxes were finally delivered on 10/22/22.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received all the boxes and they were perfect! Loved the color and the inserts matched perfectly and were packaged conveniently for us to insert into the box. I’m really happy with the service and i’ll definitely be back for more packaging requests in the near future! Even with an initial error in the production stage, communication was really good and resolution quickly provided. Great company to work with.

I searched all over the internet for a company that would design unique boxes for my accessory company. I found Claws and worked with Rich, he was attentive and knew exactly what my vision was. Their prices were great as well! Rich brought my vision to fruition and I was blown away with how beautiful and sturdy they were! The delivery was fast Rich stayed in contact with me on every detail even when it took me a day or two to get back to him. You won’t regret working with this company, Rich was awesome and I can’t wait to work with them again!!

My company has now worked with Claws Custom Boxes on two separate orders, both orders being magnetic presentation boxes and they came out beautiful both times. I worked directly with Rich Donnell on the latter order and he was very responsive, answering questions for me every step of the way. Only tip would be to order earlier than later, international shipping can take more time than expected.
