Review: The whole office staff is full of great people my personal interactions include working with Cheyenne and Neil in the front office and the maintenance staff including Rob and Hector they have all always been really courteous, accommodating and professional. The whole team is excellent and it's a great community! Cheyenne is especially friendly and great to work with and as a tenant I appreciate that she goes out of her way to make sure that everything runs smoothly and is done in a timely manner. Her personality is professional and friendly, she actively listens to tenants and gets the job done in a swift manner, you really couldn't ask for a better property manager!!! Neil in the front office is very upbeat and professional, always there with a with friendly smile and a willingness to help, he really makes you feel at home when you visit the front office. The maintenance manager Rob has been a stellar and on the spot maintenance person and has helped in a variety of ways and in a variety of emergency maintenance situations, he has a vast knowledge of how to fix everything and always finds a quick solution to whatever problem arises. Hector is a very friendly and helpful maintenance man and can always be seen saying "hello to tenants" and has a winning and willing to help attitude. The staff here puts their blood sweat and tears into making this community both beautiful and well maintained
The lifestyle at Citation Club is accentuated by well taken care of grounds, timely trash removals and a clubhouse out of the movies! The club house is absolutely stellar and stunning complete with many work stations a full library with stylish and modern furniture, large screen tv, floor to ceiling windows surrounding all the resident use areas, which is a real treat if you work from home and need a bright and energetic place to do your work and to top it off there is even a color changing crystal rock fireplace that adds to the elegant theme of this community clubhouse. To top off this review of Citation Club I'll mention some of the included amenities including the health club, yes, it also comes with a health club, inside the health club you will find an indoor full length swimming pool and jacuzzi, a wooden sauna and a gym complete with workout stations, bikes, treadmills, a Smith machine and free weights. Then on the outside during the summer months you'll have access to an out door jacuzzi, a huge architecturally elegant swimming pool as the main pool and for the families and kiddos there's a splash pool complete with a fun water fountain in the center. They really have thought of every comfort and to complete the summertime fun there are tables with tiling shades and ample lounge chairs surrounding the pool. If you're in the mood for food there is a professional grade luxury bbq grill for the community to use and let me tell you, it's a bbq lovers dream. They also do special community events and Food Trucks which gives everyone a chance to try some great food and mix and mingle with each other. The combination of the friendly and professional staff and the abundance of elegant amenities makes Citation Club an excellent place to call home.
