Set an appointment for a haircut. I arrived on time, and my stylist, Callyn, was waiting for me. Never being here before and wanting all my hair cut off generally makes stylists nervous! Not Callyn!! She listened to what I wanted, gave me her suggestions and away she went. My haircut was Perfect!! They continue to follow Covid protocol - making sure all their customers remain safe. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be going back!!

Called as a new client, would only make appointments with a "newer" stylist, even when I offered to pay more for a more experienced stylist. Nty. I'll find a place that wants my business. Extremely short hours are not convenient anyway.

Kelly was wonderful, Haven't been to the Salon in many years because I now reside in Arizona. I used to go there regularly to see Lori who wasn't available so she referred me to Kelly when I was in town. I look like a person again! For my 1st time ever getting a cut from Kelly, she made me feel very comfortable, Super Friendly and she gave me my best Cut in years!

I wouldn’t suggest booking the Groupon deals from them, they won’t see you for months. Who wants to wait months after paying for a service to receive it? Why put a Groupon deal up if you’re so busy you won’t honor it?

I have gone to Chroma for a few years now. Callyn is wonderful, she has no difficulty making changes and making sure you walk out of the door happy. They follow all of the COVID safety protocols and it felt very comfortable during my last visit.

Lori is the best. My mom and I have been going to her for almost 25 years. She even did my daughter’s first haircut and she was really great and patient with her. The salon is very clean and they are doing an amazing job with PPE and safety protocols.
