Will update this to 5 stars if it's acknowledged by chase. I've got 2 things.I've waited over 5 years for them to patch up the cement in the drive up ATM. It's hard on the transmission because when you go into park that little drop off puts a strain on the drive train.Also please bring back coffee LMCU has a Christmas display of cookies coffee tea etc. Chase is the better bank but at least bring some coffee back friends.

Gaurav was a phenomenal help. He worked with us late into the day to set up my son's high school checking account after another branch that had multiple people said that they didn't have time and couldn't tell us when they would and asked for my number.

Horrible customer service at this branch. We went in today to get a document verification signature (similar to notarizing a document, in fact, much simpler, just had to verify my ID card and signature) It was humiliating and embarrassing to wait for so long and were sent back saying it’s not JP Morgan chase’s policy to sign/verify such documents. I told them I am a chase account holder, in fact a private client (whatever that means). After speaking to couple of supervisors, (one never even cared to come out to lobby to find out the issue) they started looking up for to their official policy on the internet.I had done so many documents notarized before at other branches. Its hard to go bank to this branch again.

Called Chase to see why I got charged a service fee on my checking account, and Grant helped me out tremendously! He went over why I got charged the fee, what I need to do for the future, and waved the fee for that month! We need more people like Grant in the world, thank you for 10/10 customer service.

ATM is so slow. Also, the large concrete slab that sticks out way longer than it needs to damaged my car (car pic), apparently multiple other vehicles have been damaged there too! See pictures I took!
