Worst bank ever. My father past away and I have had to give them the same death docs 4 times. Apparently they do not keep any legal documents, even for deceased clients, and want to make people relive the trauma and suffering each time they go into the branch by making them go through the 'reapproval' process each time which takes 2-3 days (including 2 visits + multiple phone calls). They have been completely insensitive & unprofessional. I will be taking my business to any other bank and recommend you do the same.

Apparently JUST a drivers license doesn’t get you a deposit at this location. Shows my name and face, what else do you need?? I have never had this issue before. What is the point of even having tellers inside ? Stupid! Left work early for nothing.

We had a fraudulent charge on our debit card. So we went to the local Chase Branch to get a new debit card. The Branch Manager (without our permission) closed our checking account and opened a new one. In addition, she ordered checks for us; again without our permission. We were charged $20 for checks we did not want or need. Very disappointed in the customer service provided.

This is in an industrial area, not a usual location for a chase bank. It's off 12 mile off of this short road on country club drive. It's a bigger bank and quiet roo Stopped by here to get some legal documentation notarized. Their schedule is tight, but they told us if we arrived at 11 AM on Saturday, they would fit us in. Do you other chase by Novi was completely booked and the one in Royal Oak, of course requires both parties to be present to sign the paperwork for itto be notarized. Laurie got us in and out quickly. Deposited a check for the business while we were here as well. Avery took care of us at the window.
