I can’t say enough good things about Fix It Now Farmington Hills! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and Simon has consistently gone above and beyond to help me with various repairs. From phones and tablets to laptops and other electronic devices, Simon has been able to fix it all. His expertise, attention to detail, and quick turnaround time make him my go-to for any tech issues.
What I appreciate most is that Simon takes the time to explain what went wrong and how he’s fixing it, which makes me feel like I’m in good hands. He’s always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about getting my devices back in perfect working order. It’s rare to find a repair service that’s reliable, honest, and efficient, but Simon and his team at Fix It Now are all of that and more. We love this place. We’ve been coming here for years and has never failed us. Not one time Simon the head technician is one of the best technicians that we have ever came across. We’ve been to several different phone stores and nobody can compare to this guy. he’s a Genius Lazarus he brings electronics from the dead, but seriously come check out this guy and his phone repairing skills. He’s number one in Oakland county right now!!!
Simon and Janelle were just telling me about how about how they just won an award for the best service yet these guys are really geniuses. They really know what they’re talking about and I’m glad we actually got somebody at the store that knows what they’re Thanks, Simon and Jenal

I love this place Simon takes care of me every time I come in here he has looked out for me my wife my daughter even my dog he hooked us up with an air tag so that we can attach to our dog because the little rascal likes to run away sometimes
On top of all that the guy is remodeling the whole place on his own and is starting to look great I don't know how he does it with taking care of customers and remodeling his shop Simon is truly a magician thank you bro
