I had horrible experiences prior to this one at the location on telegraph in Southfield and also the location in ferndale. The manager , a black woman that sat in the office at that location was rude, condescending, and found a problem for every solution. She needs to be retrained. On the other hand the black gentleman at the Farmington location that worked on 9/12/25 was amazing.”

“Rented for about 3(?) weeks and I can honestly say I’m nothing but grateful for this company. Greg seems like the zero non-sense type, so be straight up with him about what you’re going through/dealing with and you won’t have any issues. COMMUNICATION IS KEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
From the time I picked up to the car to the day I returned my rental experience was smooth. If your car is cut off… 9/10 it’s due to non payment. Yes they have someone in the office with a “heavy” accent, but he’s not from America so what do you expect? Nyan (?) was nothing but helpful from the first day I called, truly a sweetheart.
PAY ON TIME. If you can’t, COMMUNICATE!! This is a company who has clearly been burned in the past and does NOT play about their vehicles being out on the road with an active balance!!
I can’t speak for others, but realistically who’s expecting a deposit back from a car they’re driving daily(putting heavy wear and tear on the car from ride share, not returned on a full tank/you’re clearly smoking in the cars/they’re dirty upon return? Come on now ? even Enterprise doesn’t play that. I forfeited my deposit so I could keep the car an extra day until I picked up my new car, win-win if you ask me. This company isn’t something you’re gonna find out there often, so I recommend you don’t burn that bridge.
