It was refreshing to deal with the wonderfull staff, specifically Kathrine, at this pharmacy. We had a long day of chaos at the hospital and a huge persciption filling nightmare that ended with Kathrine sorting it all out.

The pharmacist was the most impolite "health care professional" I have ever met. After a long painful day in the ER my husband and I finally made it to the pharmacy to fill my medications. We pulled up to the drive-through handed him the scripts and he said it'll be about 20 minutes. We came back in 21 minutes to find that he had closed ( I am literally not kidding: 21 minutes) he did not mention that he was going to close if we didn't show up in exactly 20 minutes. We walked into the building as I called the pharmacy, he was standing at the counter ignoring the phone that I could hear ringing. When he saw us he recognized us immediately and yelled that he was closed and to get out. He immediately got aggitated and rude about it. I totally understand that he was closed, it was the end of the shift and he probably wanted to go home: I do not understand however why he was so barbaric. If he couldn't give the medications to us he could've at least just politely given us my script back so I could fill it elsewhere. I can't even put into words how rude he was! After asking for my scripts back he open the door and threw them at us. If we had known he was going to close the doors in exactly 20 minutes we wouldn't have left: I would not have expected him to stay past his shift either, but we are talking about one minute. The CVS down the street was awesome!
