We were lucky that our car was still drivable. Tim gave us an estimate of the cost of parts. Heather let us know it was time to drop the car off when parts came. It was dropped off on a Monday and picked up our rental car. Heather informed us we could also make arrangements for the rental car to come to the shop, but for us that wasn't necessary since we had a second car. “HUGE shoutout to Brendan Beim our Product Specialist! He deserves more than 5 stars! We have been trying to build and order a 2024 GMC Yukon from our local dealership in Delaware since February and have been told they're on hold for now. I reached out to GM directly to find out what is going on. She did not know of any such thing and pointed me in the direction of Fox Buick GMC in Michigan since they had exactly what I wanted.
