The nurse (I think her name was Tracy) was great. Very kind and patient. She let me know it would be a minute until the doctor would be in and even offered me water. Doctor was wonderful. Gave full attention when I was explaining symptoms. Woman at the front desk was very friendly too. I’ve been here with my daughter and they have always been wonderful.

Was having cold/flu symptoms and couldn’t get into my PCP quick enough. I decided to then come to urgent care Farmington Hills. During my visit I saw the PA Kyle. He was very professional and made sure I received great care!!

A+, everyone was super friendly and it was the most efficient dr visit I have ever had. I was able to reserve appointment and register all online, got seen right away and get what I needed. Awesome experience, Keep it up!

I took my daughter here for an allergic reaction, which required a steroid shot. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left they were amazing. My daughter had a bp related reaction that caused her to start losing consciousness and the staff was extremely quick to respond and take care of her. They were kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I normally go here and everything is good. I have even referred my mom and a few friends there. Today was different. Usually I see a Dr., but this time I saw a PA named Emily M. Normally I love PA’s, one diagnosed my foot when I was in undergrad when the dr’s never tested me for it because they said I was too young… and the PA was right. My cousin is a physician assistant as well, so I have a lot of respect for them. So Emily was extremely short with me and frankly rude. She told me that I didn’t need to be at urgent care and I needed to go to my dermatologist. This is true, however, if the problem happened today and I’m in pain and get to a dermatologist at 7:00pm then my insurance allows me to go to urgent care. Without violating my own hipaa by disclosing too much information, she basically told me everything symptom that I had was not true. However, my symptoms are so true that they are visible to the naked eye. I left with no resolve and I haven’t made it home yet because I can’t stop crying. I’ve heard of black women being treated poorly in medical facilities. However, it has never happened to me. I guess 2 degrees just isn’t enough to hide my blackness and receive proper medical care. It’s not like I drove to an area I don’t live in. I have a house around the corner and probably more education than her. It is a shame that I skipped a community event to go there just to be treated like scum. She was actually going to do a procedure that I needed done and I opted out because I didn’t trust her. There were no other doctors available as they were about to close. So I left still in pain and wondering what I should do next to relieve the pain that I am in. Thanks for nothing Emily. I am a great human being and God does not play about his children. Good luck with your endeavors and I hope that in the future you take someone’s pain seriously regardless to the color of their skin.

Went for severe headaches n vomiting. The staff was very courteous n respectful. Physician was very prompt. Administered the shots right away for vomiting and headaches and was done within 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
