I began experiencing issues with my battery. The sales rep and manager were very understanding. They replaced my battery that was warranted after it tested lower than it should’ve been. Great customer service. I’ll return to this location, and recommend others. Thank you guys.

Started having issues with the battery I bought from Batteries Plus a year ago. I brought it to this store and it tested poorly; the guys got me a replacement under warranty right away. Very happy to get the issue resolved and will be a returning customer!

Was told at local oil change that I needed a new car battery. Came to Batteries Plus for 2nd opinion. Nick came out to my car and checked my battery. Everything looked good. He was polite, took the time & saved me money. In the future -when I actually do need a new battery - I know I’m coming here to get it! Great service!
