Tried a same-day delivery order online. Did not receive item. Manager Brian Hooper told me I had to call Uber, did not have their phone number or relevant information, and hung up the phone on me. Is this the kind of store you want to shop at?

My battery died on Monday. I was able to get it jumped and got enough juice to make it to Autozone!Brian was beyond helpful taking the battery out and installing!Excellent customer service! I'll be coming back!

I was able to get help right away after sitting almost 2 hrs at a service shop I went to auto zone and got a new battery and Curtis installed it for me. I was out in under 15 minutes...the staff was friendly and Curtis was awesome. Thank you so much!

Jibreel provided excellent customer service by indicating what type of wiper blades would be best and he indicated the brand I already use and to go above and beyond he installed them very quickly. He has a kind spirit and service oriented. I love this store, such wonderful people.

Buckle up, folks.This autozone consistently has given me the worst service out of Autozone I've been to in the greater Detroit area. The bottom of the barrel is Frank, who I would have never guessed is a manager there. He is easily the worst employee I've dealt with, as he consistently gets things wrong, doesn't know how their systems work, and makes stuff up. He tries to compensate by being funny which isn't a bad thing in and of itself, but it can't mask poor customer service. Heck, I've even taught him certain things about their system somehow (by his admission too) and I have never worked at an auto parts store. He also makes up rules on the fly about autozone policies because he either doesn't care to try to help you if his first attempt fails, or it's that he's just lazy. Come on Frank. Be better. I will not be returning to this autozone again.

I go in because my check engine light came on,the lady hands me the scanner to do it,I don't know anything about this thingLuckily a nice man was coming back from a smoke break,saw me struggling and offered to help/show me what to do..she and the other guy inside didn't move,..so he gets 4 stars for the store,they get 0
