“My experience here has always been the same. They always do a thorough check of any of my concerns, and inform me of what's causing the problems I brought the car in for. They give me a complete and we'll explained estimate of what needs to be done to fix the problem, and what the costs will be. They also will make me aware of anything else that they might have found while going over the car that I might want to address, along with those costs as well. We have 3 vehicles, and they are the only place we take our cars Lou is a great guy, and extremely knowledgeable. They always do great work, and give me a cleaner car to get into than when I brought it in. These guys you can trust. You can't say that about a lot of places. I am in my late 60's, and have owned a lot of cars. They're good at what they do, with fair prices. Check them out.”
“I drive a Porsche Macan. As of late, whenever I take my vehicle in, Neil is my service advisor, and it has been a tremendous experience. Neil is always great! The staff is kind. In July, I took my vehicle in for an oil change. He works closely with the technician, keeps you posted on the status, and diligently restores your vehicle in a timely manner. He also lets you know about any upcoming maintenance needed. Thank you!
***Update - I took my vehicle in on 8/26/24 to have the brakes replaced. To my surprise, both sets had to be replaced. Additionally, I had been experiencing an issue with the self-leveling sensor in my front headlamp. This time Shawn C. was my advisor. What a phenomenal experience. I was waiting for the repair but when he realized it was going to take longer than just a few hours, they were kind enough to give me a loaner. Shawn further stayed in communication with me regarding the issue with my headlamps and ultimately the final replacement of the brakes. The service was impeccable. The service was impeccable. They were all very kind, pleasant, and easy to work with throughout the repair process.”
“I found the car on an online listing. It had everything we wanted. We live 15 hours away and had to trust the dealer and salesperson helping us completely. I own a fine high end retail company and do all our business face to face so this was NOT how I have ever done business.We never saw the car. I called and J answered and very professionally and honestly walked us through the car and steps. He took videos and answered all my questions. And there were a lot. He arranged the car to be shipped to us. It arrived and was everything he said it was. He has helped us with after sale calls and expedited everything immediately. “I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. I was in and out of the shop in minutes without an appointment.Service: Painting”

“Mr. Harold was the main reason I liked this dealership. He was very caring, friendly and let me test drive different cars. “Had an issue with our Isuzu npr diesel before the incoming snow storm. Truck still being under warranty i called the truck center and talked to Jonny over the phone and explained the issue. He pretty much had an answer for me before i even finished. Made the hot drive out to the shop in limp mode at 55mph. Johnny had a tech out and the truck fixed with in ten mins of me arriving. Hard to beat service like that.Thank you so much!!!!”
