“I found the car on an online listing. It had everything we wanted. We live 15 hours away and had to trust the dealer and salesperson helping us completely. I own a fine high end retail company and do all our business face to face so this was NOT how I have ever done business.We never saw the car. I called and J answered and very professionally and honestly walked us through the car and steps. He took videos and answered all my questions. And there were a lot. “Our car had damage on the left front quarter panel from an accident. Heather was the first person we spoke with at the body curve. She went through the 123 points of what would happen next. We were lucky that our car was still drivable. Tim gave us an estimate of the cost of parts. Heather let us know it was time to drop the car off when parts came. It was dropped off on a Monday and picked up our rental car. Heather informed us we could also make arrangements for the rental car to come to the shop, but for us that wasn't necessary since we had a second car. The following Tuesday our baby was ready to come home. Wow that was quick, easy, and painless. Tim and Mark are the owners of the body curve. They put our minds at ease and were able to match the paint to the Honolulu Blue that my husband loves so much. I ask you to please keep them in mind when your car needs repairs from accidents. They are the best 100% all the way around.”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “I talked to Scott Marsonerk Jr (the owner) and he looked at my car and said he would be right back. He came back and buffed out the scratches for free. He than gave me a quote and told me what to do. In this day and age to get that kind of service is unbelievable. IMO if you need collision work, this is where you should take your vehicle.”

“HUGE shoutout to Brendan Beim our Product Specialist! He deserves more than 5 stars! We have been trying to build and order a 2024 GMC Yukon from our local dealership in Delaware since February and have been told they're on hold for now. I reached out to GM directly to find out what is going on. She did not know of any such thing and pointed me in the direction of Fox Buick GMC in Michigan since they had exactly what I wanted. Received an email immediately from Artie the Customer Care Manager that someone would be in touch with me soon. Received a call from Brendan first thing Monday morning and he started the process for us purchasing our 2024 GMC Yukon. We chose text as communication. He was very thorough and thoughtful with asking questions, providing answers, taking pictures of our Yukon through the processes. Talked to Marcus in Finance and he took great care of getting all the details worked out for our financing. Received an email from Diana the Sales Manager to make sure we are getting everything answered. We made the trip from Delaware to Ohio to see family. Today IS the day we made the trip from Ohio to Michigan to meet all of these wonderful people we have emailed, texted, and called all week. The dealership is BEAUTIFUL! Every single person is so friendly! Lots of smiling faces! I honestly was so nervous at the beginning with dealing with a purchase way out of state, but Brendan made this the easiest purchase we have ever made! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone including the GM Colin! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and the process! We highly recommend Brendan and Fox Buick GMC! I LOVE my Yukon! “It was dark and pouring rain, and that is when I realized that my wiper blades suck. I couldn't see anything. I stopped in and Kim was the most helpful. She helped me pick out the best wipers for my truck so that I could make it home safe without dieing in an accident. It was raining so hard and I've never replaced wiper blades before and she was more than happy to run out into the parking lot in the rain and install them for me. Amazing. I will only go here from now on whenever I need something for one of my cars. A++++++++++++”

“Loved that the mechanic was able to record and send me a video of everything from his perspective. Communication was hit or miss but I was able to pickup my car before they closed as they were able to shuttle me over. Sadly when they washed my car (I honestly didn’t even expect a car wash, as I was only getting a part replaced), it warped my license plate frame. Derek was an okay advisor, sucks that it felt like he was the only one working there when I was trying to get ahold of someone. Hopefully better service in the future. I haven’t really had great experiences at any VW dealers, however.”

“1/2/2024I've just purchased my winter truck/SUV from Anthony Mouaikel of Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills, and I couldn't be happier! The first time I visited the Showroom was on 12/30/23, the last day of the year they would be open. It was near closing time, and they were inundated with customers. Yet within seconds I was greeted by a friendly face and assigned to Anthony. We spoke for a few minutes. I explained I needed a larger car for the winter as my little Mercedes Roadster from FL didn't care much for the MI roads these past two seasons, and I was sure tired of being grounded for the winter. I told him I was on a budget, a 65-year-old retired, married woman who had left3+ her husband home, and had saved for this new- to- me vehicle for a long time. Anthony said, "I really do have the right one for you." Before I knew it, I was driving a 2008 Tahoe around the parking lot. Very low mileage, well taken care of, and pretty! There was no pressure, high or low. He was helping another customer at the same time, but not once did I feel slighted or not provided with excellent customer service. I told him I'd let him know by the end of the day. I called him later and declined the SUV. Truth was, and I did not share this, I REALLY disliked the "flashy" wheels. Everything else was good, maybe the price was a little high, but not much. After that declaration of denouement via voice mail, I did some more research, then some more, and I changed my mind! As they were closed for the next few days, I did the next best thing- I chatted online with a great representative and had her get a message to Anthoney as soon as he came in! Don't sell that truck! I was disappointed in myself that I had not gotten that SUV that day. I could have been at Home Depot getting my project plywood!I went to see Anthony today. The first thing he said was, "Come on Rebecca, tell me what you don't like about it. It won't hurt my feelings and maybe we can work it out." Right then I knew for sure, this is a decent young man. I asked if it was possible to change out the wheels. As he checked around for wheels, he had me test drive it again, this time down to my house, and on familiar roads. When I returned, he had written up an offer for me, in essence, taking off the price of the "flashy" wheels, as they had no replacements on hand. With that discount, and the 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, (thanks David!) I drove away in a Great Looking, Safe, Well Maintained, SUV that I won't have to worry about for the next 3yrs! Did I save any money? Oh yes! Even by adding the 3-year warranty, I still spent 2K less than the original "out the door price" without the warranty. (OK - I won't kid around- the flashy wheels are still awful)First thing tomorrow, I'm going to Discount Tire & Rims then DIRECTLY to Home Depot! Sometimes a girl just needs a truck. Or was that sometimes a girl just needs plywood, so she buys a truck? Either way, I'm very happy with the ease and outcome of this transaction. In a society that all too often seems to enjoy taking advantage of seniors, especially women, it was refreshing to become acquainted with Anthony Mouaikel at Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills. PS- Husband laughed and was proud of me when I got home with a SURPRISE to him, new to me Tahoe! Thanks Again,Rebecca R.”

“Normally great service, friendly staff and generally have the parts in stock.
Only complaint is a few times (like right now, it's 7:42 pm) there are lights on but the doors are locked and no one is in the store. If the store is open until 10, please have someone there and the doors open. If the store has to close early, either change the hours or put up a sign.”

“The reason I didn’t give you 5 stars was that Your shuttle driver gave us a ride to the Breakfast Club restaurant while our car was being serviced. We were told it was a complementary shuttle. When we got home and looked at our bill, we noticed that we had been charged for the 2 block ride to the restaurant. Not exactly complementary! Obviously, this left a bad taste in our mouths.”
