Jeremy and the team at Atlantis are excellent at their jobs. Their team were finally able to get me refinanced after my divorce after 3 years of trying with multiple lenders, saving me hundreds of dollars monthly. They have helped me with second mortgages, refinances for better rates and buying other properties. They make it so easy and affordable and are super nice and responsive. Jeremy and Thomas were fantastic to work with throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I knew little of the ins and outs of obtaining a loan and the details included in buying a home, but each took the time to educate me thoroughly on the process & my options. They took the extra time to take many phone calls and answer any questions I had to ensure that I chose the options that best suited me. In addition to all of the extra support I received from them, they were able to get me a fantastic rate, significantly outperforming their competitors. Dawn and Jason were extremely helpful loan officers throughout the home buying process, especially since I was a first time home buyer. They found me a range of good interest rates and allowed me to select the one that best fit my needs. They were able to help me close much more quickly than the big national banks which was a huge plus. The loan I was eventually offered had much better benefits compared to the national banks as well. And they were extremely helpful with just about anything I could have asked for. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a home in this market, their customer service was top notch!

Atlantis Mortgage helped with my original loan and recently a refinance. Jeremy, Tarah and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and it's obvious that they care about what they do and their customers. On multiple occasions they took extra time to explain minor details making sure I fully understood what I was getting in my loan, making sure that I was fully comfortable with the process. Jason and Dawn were awesome to work with! As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and Dawn was more than happy to answer all of them and walk us through every step of the process. They made sure to give us our options and helped us choose the mortgage that was right for our situation. We were able to qualify for a lender credit (AKA: free money) which seemed too good to be true but it was completely legitimate. We shopped 4 other Mortgage companies/banks and no one else even told us there was such a thing as a lender credit. Dawn went above and beyond to help us on a holiday weekend when we were in a biding war to ensure we could increase our offer. We are so thankful for all of the help given to us by Atlantis Mortgage.
