Not open 24 hours. Arrived at 1am and the worker put a paper sign saying "be back @6am" then sat in his car grinning while we approached the door. Rude service and didn't even get to go in.

This 711 is supposed to be a 24 hour convenient store, but apparently whoever works there over night will put up a sign that looks like it's written like a child that says "closed" with all the lights in the store on. Pretty cool brother ☝?

One of the best 7-Elevens in town. They're under new ownership, and they've done an excellent job. The guy who works in the mornings is very friendly and helpful. My go-to store now.

Has not been open early in 2 days now not very happy step your game up or shutdown am a loyal customer go there 7days a week not a good way to treat your customers ☹️

I asked if they had Jumex strawberry banana after only seeing the guava flavor. From the drink doors you can see the back room, there I saw the flavor I wanted . I proceeded to ask the young man working if he could go to the back and check. He came back and told me no. I then called to let a manager know and she proceeded to tell me "well he didn't know because we don't drink that" . How is that being used as an excuse ?

Yesterday I went to 7/11 and had a horrible experience with costumer service. There was a semi-tall Indian woman working there that day(Sunday, April 2nd, 2023). I didn’t catch her name though. I had gone into the store with my friends and we selected our items and went to checkout. I pulled out my card and went to pay. I swiped my card as usual, but it was asking for a pin. I told her my card didn’t have one. Then she told me to insert my card at the bottom slot. I told her that my card wasn’t an insertarble card. I told her that my card was a visa gift card and it took the place of a credit card. She said, “huh” as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. I explained to her again and asked her if these cards work here, and she said yes. She asked me to swipe again, so I did, but this time the pos machine was saying that I needed to wait for assistance from the cashier. I asked her if she could help me, and yet again she said no. I began reading it allowed to her and she said, “I don’t know what to do.” At this point I was getting annoyed so I told her that I’ll just dump out our drinks and out or snack away, but she tried to make me buy the snack even though she was claiming that my card wasn’t working. Thankfully, two men paid for our stuff there. I’ve never had problems here until yesterday when this woman was working. She kept putting my card as a debit card too when I told her it was a credited visa gift card. I had $75 in my bank balance when I got there and I made sure to check before I even went inside the building. She acted confused the whole time and refused to help me (even though it’s her job). I told her how to fix the problem, and instead of listening, she just stood there.

I purchased a food item and some lottery tickets from this location on November 2, 2022. I paid for my purchases and requested that the clerk cash a $2 instant win ticket that I had just purchased.The clerk, whose name tag read 'Mallory'told me that I would have to go to the back of the line, in which there were at least six customers. She said that she had already cashed me out, and equated cashing my ticket at that point with line jumping. When I asked for the manager's name, she said Liz, and that she did not know a last name.Very trifling, disrespectful, and in my opinion, biased customer service.

Under new ownership: The Manager I think Jessica is very nice and I've walked there during the night with my brother twice now to get some snacks. She is very friendly and I thank you.

This is the rudest 7-11 I have ever been to! I had purchased a pint of liquor. I never left the store. I wanted to exchange my pint of liquor for another. This rude old lady with short white grey hair ( she said her name was Krista, if that is her real name (started yelling at me and told me it was a federal law saying she couldn't exchange it. Need I remind you I never left the store, this lady just sold it to me . There is no federal law saying that. So I went back up to the counter and told the lady there is no law saying that. Than she switched it up said it's 7-11 rule. I called another 7-11 and there is no such rule. I want an apology.
