Our propane tank was so dirty, covered in moss and looked like it belonged at an abandoned house. We came home from vacation one day and discovered they had come out and repainted it, plus did some other necessary maintenance. For a minute we thought it was a whole new tank because they left zero trace of the work minus the spiffy new paint. The drivers are great and no complaints about the office staff.

This company could definitely use new office staff. Every time I call to have my propane tank filled, the woman on the phone is extremely rude. However, the people who come out to fill the tank are always very nice and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Justin came out to my 80 year old grandfather's house, turned the propane off outside, didn't tell anyone he turned it off and left after saying he couldn't fill the tank. Grandpa went all night without his propane turned on, so no heat for him! Very unprofessional and highly don't recommend this company.
