I sent a Christmas card with a $70 gift certificate to my grandson . I handed the card with all my Christmas cards to the mailman as he was at the the mailbox. My grandson never received his card, yet others in his family received their cards. Apparently, the mailman decided to enjoy my grandson’s gift card. My grandson thought I had forgotten him. This is pathetic.

They redirected me to my local post office. One of the employees had even mentioned that the text I got stating that my mail was sitting in a sorting area was a scam asking for your address and your credit card. I have no idea where my mail is cuz even in my local post office they did not have my mail. But I'm very grateful for their help.

Really tired of my mail ending up somewhere other than my house. This would be the third package now not to arrive.. is reading not a pre req for the job... the guy you have delivering seriously can not read numbers. The only reason there’s two stars instead of one is because the people inside the post office are great. But the carriers please get someone else this guy clearly doesn’t care. I’ve asked him to be more careful and complained before. It’s getting ridiculous.

I love this post office cause it’s never busy and small & quaint, And also very close to my home but there is an older-ish lady that works there that is the rudest worker I’ve ever met! Every time I deal with her! She’s not always working the counter but I dread every time she is. Every other worker I’ve dealt with there are very helpful and very pleasant. If she doesn’t enjoy her job or working with people she should go work elsewhere! My son went there today to mail a pair of shoes he’s selling and she told him the cheapest he could mail them was $15. So he left and went to new Baltimore one and he was able to mail the for $8, insured and tracked ?

I love this post office. I have never had a problem. I love Michelle and the crew. I go out of my way to go to this post office because of the great customer service I get. They have always been friendly and very helpful. Listen they don't have an easy job as some may often think. So if someone is off just a little, shower them with kindness because they get a lot of grief for stuff that is beyond their control.

Every time I go in there, They are the Rudest people!! I left 2 boxes in the counter and I waited for them to finish complaining but I didn't have time. I left came back in 5 min. Later and they were still there!!!! I took them back and still nobody.... This is not my first time with the issues, I've just had ENOUGH!!!

We tried to get passport photos. The less-than-friendly attendant took one photo, but could not print it due to printer failure. Went back the next day, and a different less-than-awake attendant told us the machine was still broken. Their attitude seemed to be that they did not care if they were able to provide service or not.

A very friendly, helpful, and dependable post office. Probably the best I've ever been to. I know all of them by name and have never seen any of them treat a customer even slightly unfriendly or unprofessionally. They have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions.
I get frequent, urgent COD packages that require payment and signature. Sometimes I don't have the cash on hand when they show up with the package, but they never mind making other arrangements so I can get it that day. They have met me at the back door when their route is over, often slightly after hours. They never make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them.
