Great communication with front office. Maintenance staff efficient. Did not give up until the issue was resolved. Fast move in and affordable lots.

I've lived in The Shores of Anchor Bay for about 7 years. The girls in the office are always so nice and understanding! The staff keeps the grounds clean and neat. I use the gym regularly and it's always clean and ready. They have a nice park for the kiddos to play at and we are friends with all of our neighbors. All around it's a great community.

When I was choosing a home for my daughter and I, I looked at a ton of manufactured housing parks. The Shores of Anchor Bay is one of the most attractive locations we looked at. They have a clubhouse, gym, park, and pool for in community enrichment.
The home I was looking at had a lot of issues, after placing my deposit they got to work. They replaced all the windows and cabinets and fixed some water line related issues that we found during our walkthrough. Communication with management during the process was decent. When all the work was done they let me know and we moved right in.
Originally when we put the deposit down there was a deal going on to get the first month of rent waved. Even though the site sat empty without generating them revenue during the completion of the repairs (approximately a month and a half), when it was completed they honored their agreement and waved the following month of rent for us. It was important considering when we were able to move in the community rental deal was no longer active.
I've only been here a very short time and already I feel welcome and I have a measure of trust developing for the management team. I believe if I have a problem it will be solved. I look forward to a continued positive experience.

Tammy and amber at the leasing office are probably thee most helpful people you can find constantly striving to make sure their tenants are well taken care of they are right on top of the necessary repairs each this trailer park/ community is definitely one of the best I've lived in and if you move in I guarantee you'll love it as well

My fiancé and I moved in here at the end of January, and the entirety of our experience has been pleasant, peaceful, and easy breezy. Amber, did a fabulous job showing us the possible homes we had to choose from, and was as informative as she could be as it wasn’t her usual job to do so. But what she couldn’t answer, she was upfront about and told us who could instead of telling us what we wanted to hear to make a sale. The whole approval process was speedy, and Amber did all of the application process in office with us instead of telling us to just go online. When we finally were approved, Tammy the property manager, took the time to sit down with us and answer all of the questions that we had/Amber wasn’t able to answer. Tammy walked us through everything and was very personable. Both Tammy and Amber were both professional and real, which made the experience not so stressful. After living here for a month I can say the atmosphere has remained the same-peaceful. The maintenance men are also phenomenal on getting things fixed as well. I had been skeptical in the past years about applying for a home here, due to certain reviews/opinions from past renters, but after the experience obtaining our home and living here now for a month, I wish I would have applied here sooner.

This place is like a prison you can't have grills and smokers out that you use year round no lawn furniture out in winter which we use because you can't smoke in the trailers if renting and you can't have any shade set up fines for all of them worst park I've lived in only staff member that is cool is amber but she can't save you because all the other office staff don't care about residents they only care about them and their friends

My wife and I are in our early 70's and both of us have health/lung problems. And we have A very hard time getting around, yet when it snows we get out there and shovel our driveway and Walk way, though it's hard to do. we are low income fixed income, and can't afford to hire anyone to shovel our driveway for us but we do it as painful as it is, and after we're done and it's all clear, these maintenance men drive their plows down the street and just throw it right back up in the driveway, so we get out there and clear it agian, they drive by agian and just throw it back on the driveway agian, , sad thing about it is i seen a driver smiling or laughing as he drove by, , well, this year we've decided to just start doing our steps and walk way, because these people have no respect for any of the tenants much less the elderly,years ago I lived in in a park where you could sign up at the managers office and park maintenance would plow your driveway at no charge to, all we had to do was show our IDto prove our age and they were very happy to help us, granite you had to be a senior citizen or have a disability , but they seemed to care about there older tenants, I timed them one time when they plowed our driveway and it took the fellow ( Mike) one and a half minutes to do, so it's not like it takes along time to plow it .... anyway my point is, if your an older person with disabilities, this is probably not the best Place for you to live, , I know I'll get a general message at the end of this review, but I expect it, and there's really nothing they will do to help us, thankyou
