Hard pass. Wife called around to understand how we tackle small water damage, considering it’s only 2021 model year when the manufacturer warranty expired. The RV place was disrespectful and did not want to take the time to work with us. Thanks for adding unnecessary headache on top of our stressful situation. If you want good customer experience, this isn’t it.

Mike's did an amazing job. Matt came out the same day I called when my ac went out. He cleaned and serviced the unit to try and save me from buying a new one. But, it was shot. Mike called the next morning with some prices and Mike and Matt had it installed by the time I got home from work. Highly recommend

Mike replaced the brake assemblys on our 5th wheel. He even repaired an item that I didn't realize was close to failure. Quick turnaround and prices seemed reasonable. Would recommend and will use again!

Mikes Rv did a great job. Mike showed up very timely at my house to quote my camper job. They replaced the entire lift axle in the front of my fifth wheel camper as one leg started to not lift properly. I believe his name was Matt who was the service tech that came out to perform the job. Showed up extremely timely, was an incredibly nice guy. Job was done quick and they billed me accordingly to what I was quoted. Five stars all around

Got me out of a bind, and the job was done in less time than quoted. Was really transparent in which parts I needed and didn't push anything that I didn't want to replace at the time. In my particular instance, the invoice was also less than originally quoted. Good overall experience.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I can't say if he does good work or not I never had the chance . He would not cooperate with the insurance company will not send supplier invoice to prove his pricing I call 3 other places and no one would have a problem doing that unless your up to no good

I called both numbers linked to the google account, no answer. Someone calls back, not identifying that it was a business just a cold “Hi” as if it was a random private line. After establishing that it was Mikes RV I proceeded to discuss what minor maintenance… greasing slide, checking jacks/tires and roof, I would be looking to get done in January (trip planned first week of Feb). The person (still no clue/name) tells me he’s backed up and that I won’t find anybody in time. Why ask what I needed done if you have zero interest in a new client? It’s unfortunate that this was a referral by a close friend and property manager that uses this company. If you don’t want a new client just say you aren’t accepting, don’t tell them they can’t/won’t get it done elsewhere. I very well may have came back in the spring and used this company but the poor customer service and communication left a bad taste in my mouth.

Mike’s rv service, probably the most honest place you’re going to find to work on your rv. Thankyou for getting my AC repaired and resealing the roof.
