My tires were bald as a babies bottom. They were off balance and causing issues to my van. I called everywhere, living in Big Rapids, within a 20 mile radius until I came across DNR. No one had any used, cause I aint rich, 16s available. I called. He said he'd call me back because he had to check. Called back 6 minutes later, had several that would fit. Was a little nervous, driving out to BFE barryton/evart. But not only did he fit me with new tires, he rotated, checked and filled every tire with air and talked to my girls like he'd known us forever. When he called me back after confirming he had tires, I had said thank God for you. I've called everyone for used and no one has them. He said why didn't you call me first?! ?? He will ALWAYS be my first call for used tires. Hands down the best for this service AND for customer appreciation.

So it was Saturday and I walk out of my house and get ready to make a 3 hour trip north to Petoskey when I see that I have a flat tire. Usually not a big deal I would have just changed it myself but for some reason the the tire wouldn't come off. Well long story short I had heard about Rick at D-N-R and figured I'd check and see if he was there. Well after limping my truck to the shop I saw the closed sign was up. Luckily Rick was in the shop working and didn't think twice about getting my truck fixed right up. All I can say is.... what a great guy and I would recommend anybody to patronize his service. In the short time I was there I felt like I left with a friend as well. If I could put more than 5 stars I would.
