Great energy walking in the door, Rolan helped us with our day pass as we are traveling around the country and we would come back here every time in town. They had all equipment needed for both my husband and I, cardio & weights, jacuzzi, even a tanner all for $10 day pass. We are super thankful for finding our adrenaline and nice people!!!

(FYI- Delta College's gym was just renovated, and it can be cheaper to buy a membership there!) Their gym is fine, but the employees (and therefore I assume the owner) definitely aren't great. Just read through their condescending responses to others' low ratings at their main location and you'll get a sense of how they'll treat you after they start getting your money. And yes, like many others point out, their cancellation policy seems purposefully bad. You need to go in person to fill out a form that gives them 30 days notice to stop charging your account, and even if asked over the phone, they will harshly tell you they refuse to do it any other way. They're more than aware of how terrible their policy is, but because it helps them make a little more money, they refuse to change. They don't seem to care about anything more than your money and will just endlessly echo "Well you agreed to it when you signed up for it." Don't worry, I won't be making that mistake again, and I'll definitely be sharing my experience with others. Not to mention, Delta College's gym was just renovated, and it can be cheaper to buy a membership there, especially if you have another person in your house who goes to the gym as well! (If you actually want to do better, I'd suggest start trying to actually take some criticism from others instead of smugly replying like a defensive fool, especially with typos in your responses.)

They dont communicate, male locker room has always wet and has to hand towels, equipment is subpar, avoid this gym

Absolutely love this gym! The classes are super fun and a killer workout. Also love having the option of the hot tub, pool, and sauna + 24 hour access. The atmosphere can’t be beat.

Honestly a great little gym, has everything you need to get a strong lift. Can't ever think of a time it was "crowded". Just wish there was a deadlift bar/area for barbell work, but otherwise no complaints.
