Kroger used to be my favorite store. They now never seem to have enough employees and nobody cares about doing any work. There were 12 people waiting in bottle returns and nobody would empty the machines. We kept calling the store to have someone empty the bins and all they did was go back and shake them and then they kept filling back up and no one would change them. Employees kept walking by and nobody did anything. I asked to speak to the manager at check out and he looked very sloppy and tried to blame it on the machines not working correctly and not enough staff. I can understand if they would have told us that but every time we saw someone they just said we will get someone and never did. I went again a week later and same issue. We also went to self check out and needed assistance and she was no where to be found. When she did come over she was laughing and didn’t care we had to wait. Service hasn’t been good at all lately. They need to make some changes.

Kroger's always has what I'm looking for. Quick and easy check out. There is a gas station at the Essexville and Euclid locations.

This has got to be the worst krogers I’ve been too. They consistently shut the doors long before closing time, or shut down all of the registers besides one self checkout section

Going to Kroger's is kind of a daylight especially in the flower department they're baked goods is always top notch and today I bought a lot of it because I have family coming in from Arizona
