Good selection, friendly staff, really cool inside, staff. Had winter hats, gloves & coats, the pinheads that manage heat at corporate need to come in for aa day, felt like 64 inside. They said it's always that cold.

I’ve come here a couple times and it’s been quite difficult, I walked in today very happy and asking for acrylic black gesso only to have a older cashier lady get upset out of nowhere and quite literally yells this at me “our Saginaw store has it, we don’t” she completely cut off her customers just to come flip out about a simple question about paint then she continues to glare at me and says “yup” then I leave. Very rude for no reason over a question about paint won’t come back if that’s happening. Young girl is very nice though and did good with what I needed

DON'T SHOP HERE! THEY ARE RESELLING USED AND STORE RETURNS AS NEW.
NOTICE D they sold me a used machine while I was loading it in my car so I walked it back in and we compared it to another machine in the store. Parts were out of the bags and stuff missing in mine and the one she had behind the counter was all sealed up. She still charged me $25 restocking fee.

I don’t know if she was the manager or what but an employee approached me and acted like I was a criminal or something. Super strange as I was just walking around minding my own business. She was very off-putting and cold and inferred that I should get out when she told me that they don’t carry what I was looking for. No surprise there, this is the saddest Joann’s I’ve ever been to, they have absolutely nothing. I’m wondering how they’re still in business. Thought it was still worth a try though since they say they don’t carry something when sometimes they actually do.

If I could rate this store a 0 I would that’s why I rated it at 1.. The manager their I don’t think know what she’s talking about… I had bought 8 infusible ink they were on sale for $3.99 (on the website) but they were also buy 2 get 2 free but we were still charged for all 8 of them.. make this make sense to me..

Always a worker named Caitlyn helping me with the coupons! Today something was marked clearance, it did not show up on the scanner. I don't know if it was misplaced or a mistake, but she helped clear it up in the end. Thank you Caitlyn!! Always super nice.

On Black Friday the store felt warm and welcoming the staff showed real skills with patience ,one on one attention and crowd wrangling. They worked awesome as a team.
