This super kind employee was trying to get me change at self checkout since the self checkout machine didn’t work. He politely called on his walkie talkie and called for services to get him quarters and ones, and immediately got a response from this very rude coworker who screamed “I’m dealing with a costumer right now!!!” He asked one time and was already met with such a hostile response. 5 minutes pass and nobody has come, he asks again “should I give her a 5?” No response, finally after another 3 minutes this very angry old lady comes stomping over to us with a bag. She sets the bag on the counter and just stands there stairing at him. Then she just start yelling him telling him “if I’m dealing with a costumer, don’t call me on my walkie” He keeps his composure and says I needed change. She roles her eyes and stomps away, he checks the bag and it’s just quarters when he ASKED FOR DOLLAR BILLS. She said well I didn’t hear that. I am honestly so embarrassed for her. How can you be so mean and inpatient with a coworker who gave you nothing but patience. That lady’s name is kimberly , all I know is she was so rude and disrespectful. I ended up just getting my change in quarters but I feel so bad for anyone who has to feel with this obviously deeply unhappy lady.

Feels weird to need to check every fridge up front just to still not find a cold coke zero and white monster. Feels weirder to get the stink eye from an old lady in a Walmart vest smoking right next to an entrance.

Went to Walmart to buy charging cables. Found the ones I needed. However, they were locked, so I saw an employee and tried to ask for help nicely. He immediately came off rude and said, "I'm on the phone helping a customer." So somebody on the phone is more important than a customer in store ready to buy a product. What the hell. Didn't get his help, but I did get and pay for what I needed.

It was great until they changed policy on the self check outs. They’re forcing us through their check out lines now. They now have self driving floor cleaners, taking away yet another job.

Decent customer service except in the automotive department. I went in for tires change and mentioned my valve stems were new. When I left, noticed my tires kept going low. The technician used a pick and punctured a hole in all four new stems.
Won't have tires put on there anymore.
