If I could give negative stars I would. I went to the deli today 2/9/2020 to get some meat. There were 2 workers there, no customers but me. One worker was chatting away with the bakery girl the other saw me and decided to ignore me. She opted to wipe down one of the slicing machines. The other finished her conversation and then came into the deli section. She proceeded to go into the back for whatever reason. It took at least 10 minutes to finally get what I wanted. Let's just say Walmart would be better off with mentally handicap people working back there. They work harder than those 2 women.

This Walmart was ok. It's like every other Walmart just the stuff is in a different place. This Walmart had a really good place to get your nails done which I really like. Spend your money here it's a better Walmart.

Ordered an item for pickup in store for my sister for Christmas and during the order process it was scheduled for the next day. I did this for convenience and to make sure I would get a good deal. When I got my confirmation though, the item was delayed a week. This was a problem because I placed the order while I was in town. I called the Walmart, went into the store (50 mi round trip) and called Walmart.com. Even though they had the items in store nobody would honor the pickup. They would allow me to cancel the order and buy the items but I would be on the hook for a second charge during the holidays, while waiting for the refund. The end result is that I am going home before the pickup is available. My sister will have to be inconvenienced by picking up the gift from me and I won't be able to wrap it for her. This is all because the Walmart location and Walmart.com can't work together and share a customer focus. I can assure you from previous experience that Amazon would never let something like this happen - at least they wouldn't charge me before shipping the item.

Super friendly and helpful employees. They seem happy to be there and are more than willing to help you find what you need if u cannot find it. The cashiers ask how your day is and make pleasant conversation while checking your cart out. The bathrooms and parking lot were spotless and inviting. All the merchandise is labeled correctly and clear where they should be in the isles by the overhanging signs. I go here all the time to get what i need, especially for crafts. They have an affordable craft section with almost anything you could possibly want or need.

There is more trash in the Walmart parking lot then the whole rest of the UP. Is there anyway you could send someone out to pick up the trash in the parking lot? What a disgrace........

This review is mostly for their tire center. My husband and I took a road trip of the UP this fall and, during a brief stop through Escanaba, we got a flat tire on our Ford Escape. It was raining and just shy of 5pm. Not great timing. After an unsuccessful attempt to put the spare on ourselves (did I mention it was pouring rain?) I called the Ford roadside assistance included in my lease to come change it for us. The only problem was, I didn't know where to go once we had a spare on. I checked Yelp and most repair shops closed at 5, which, at that point, wasn't going to happen. Finally, I called the local Ford dealership in town and asked them if they squeeze us in. Alas, they don't do tires at that location. I was sure we were staying over in Escanaba for the night but then the friendly fella on the line pointed us in the direction of the Walmart with the assurance that their tire center was open until 9pm. Halleloo! We made our way over there and they took us in immediately. We had some downtime so we each went to change out of our wet clothes (did I mention it was raining during all of this?) and wandered around the store for a bit (it's huge. lots of hunting gear. very clean) before returning to the tire center lounge. It was clean, comfy and they had hot coffee and the movie "Babe" screening on the TV. I was very happy to sit for a moment. All in all I'd say the whole process took about a little over a half hour. At that point the guy came out and told us we had a nail in the tire and they were able to patch it for us. No need for a new tire! And in the end it only cost us about $10 or $15 bucks (I can't exactly remember the amount). Not too shabby. We were back on the road and relieved to not be set back in our schedule too far. Thanks for saving the day, Walmart!
