Service is good, however your automated pharmacy phone line is awefull to manage. My brother asked me to call and manage his medications for him as he had tried & was unable to get through to talk to some one, he was very frustrated, I thought it was just him. So I called, consider myself an educated person, after getting transferred all over the place, and never getting pharmacy, I finally gave up too.

If you want customer service, go elsewhere. They had no interest in helping me get a prescription filled for my diabetic child.

Drive thru was quick. I happened to be in the right line. The 2nd car in the other line probably is writing a very different review. I realize everyone's situation is different though

Had a rude teller in the drive through today because we asked if there were supposed to be two medications. She was extremely rude and slammed the phone down on my grandmother and treated us with absolute disrespect. As someone who also worked retail, if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers. It reflects on the business and your coworkers as a whole. I go to this pharmacy, but on the inside, and they have never treated me this way, so when I saw her treat my grandmother this way for asking a question I was quite taken back. Try to take a breather if you're angry so you don't take it out on your elderly customers.

Told me my medication wasn’t ready 3 different times when I went to pick it up. Why didn’t they tell me it wouldn’t be ready that day to begin with and not waste both our time? Switched to Meijer and after several years and no problems.

What a horrible place this is!! How can this manager still be working. This was the last straw! I have seen him make an elderly woman with a walker go to the end of the line because she was taking too long. He belittles his employees in front of customers. That’s just horrible in itself. Now this time there was an elderly gentleman needed assistance with the photo booth. He refused to help him!!!! Right there in front of my eyes refused to help this customer!! I know everyone has a bad day. But how can one customer see A MANAGER have such deplorable behavior over and over? I’m not in there every day. Possibly twice a month. To have witnessed him behave like this? Disgusting. I for one won’t shop there again. Not till he is gone. It’s sad to see what should be a great store be managed be someone like that. Shame on you Walgreens for allowing this to continue!

This is BY FAR one of the VERY WORST of stores I have EVER dealt with. I NEVER shop here and WILL NEVER. I REFUSE to even set foot in the building, it's SOOO BAD!! Not all but MOST of the employees in my past dealings are among the rudest that I have EVER dealt with. The manager IS THE RUDEST manager I've EVER dealt with and I can't understand how he manages to keep his job because I KNOW there has been many MANY COMPLAINTS!!! My past experience with this store has rendered my REFUSAL to further patronize this store. However I get STUCK dealing with the pharmacy as a relative that I often help uses them and just today I had to call in a script for my family member and was treated rudely on the phone. The person waiting on me wouldn't listen to what I was saying, cutting me off and over talking me...apparent attitude of acting like she just wanted to rush along to get me outa her way. When called out on it, she just persisted in arguing at me! HOW RUDE!!! Been a few years now since I had to deal with Walgreens for myself, but I can PLAINLY SEE THAT NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THIS PLACE!!

automated phone system is very obnoxious. when you want to speak to a person, it leaves you on hold and they rarely answer. people themselves are nice unless you ask about any of that. coronavirus message is very long and obnoxious, wouldn't be a huge deal if it was just the one time per call, but the automated system does it several times per call depending what you pick and it's very stressful.
