Ok so as we all know going to a dealership for repair on cash basis can be expensive but getting OEM parts is key to right fit and longevity of parts!Place was clean other than an attack bug wanting my pizza, lol but spent two days getting my truck fixed but so far knock on wood it's working and feels good on the ride home so good job by the mechanic!I was worried about extra cost but they stuck to what they quoted thanks for that.People were on top of their game and personable, even sales.They had a bit of an issue getting staff in but took care of the issue and called toLet me know if possible shortage of techs the next day but it got done and thanks for the heads up peeps.

I live in Santa Fe New Mexico. I was returning homedriving my 2002 Tacoma. I had just left DrummondIsland. I noticed a condensation drip from the engine. I pulled in to the dealership as it was to the right of the street I was on. It was Saturday. I was hardly out of the truck when this bright young woman greeted me at the door and asked what could she do for me.I explained my concern. She said she could look upmy question but mean time she introduced me to Mike Shields who immediately checked out his own truck compared to mine to see is this was a problem.He assured me all was well and asked if I neededany thing else. I left feeling confident since I had2200 more miles to go! Thank you Dawn Hedberg sales associate and Mike Shields Business Manager.Even though I did not buy a new truck that day, I didget a big hug! Will be returning customers! This place is THE BEST because of their people. Matt, in sales, is very knowledgeable, not pushy, and will help you find your dream vehicle. Trevor, the manager, is by far one of the most honest, straight forward, make it right guys in the business. Lastly, Mike, made finalizing our sale a breeze. IMO, worth the drive where ever you are from. Thanks guys!!!!

Scheduled an appointment to get a broken cable fixed on my automatic side doors on our 2019 sienna. When I scheduled 2 months in advance, I specifically told the service manager that the cable was clearly snapped and needed replaced. Drove 1.5 hours one way to the dealer for them to tell me the cable was broke and they needed to order one and that I would have to schedule another appointment to get the repair done. Why they wouldn’t order the cable in the 2 months between my appointment and when I scheduled is beyond me. Needless to say, after they make this repair I wouldn’t bring my lawnmower to this dealership.Update- upon seeing this review they have really stepped up their game and accommodated our vehicle and even waived all the repair fees. Still not overly satisfied but at least they made it right.

if you are a woman, I would suggest that if you want to buy a car from them - make sure you have a man do the buying. The staff is young and the men are condescending to any woman buying a car . Just be advised that it is not good public relations on their part. mysogynistic attitudes do not sell cars.

Very friendly helpful staff here. Matt was great at helping me pick out a vehicle in my price range, and Mike was awesome when it came to explaining and signing the paperwork. These guys made my first car purchase ever an absolute breeze and were a pleasure to work with!!!!

I was very interested in buying a Forester listed on their site and arranged an appointment with Colleen on a Saturday. As of that morning, the Forester I was ready to buy (and trade in my Legacy) was still shown on the site. As I am on my way to Escanaba from 1+ hour away, Colleen calls to confirm my arrival. An hour later, I'm at the dealership and per Colleen, the Forester had sold the evening prior. So she knew it wasn't there despite my intent on purchasing that Forester Sport, let me drive an hour for no reason, just to try to sell me some overpriced and dented older model the previous owner got too old to drive safely. It was so inconsiderate of my time, gas, and hopes. Upset I had already spent the morning driving and wishful, I called Fox Marquette to confirm they had a very similar Forester Sport at the lot. Once confirmed, I sped up to Marquette right before they closed and Fox had the consideration to pull the keys knowing I was ready to buy. Thanks to the great customer service of Fox Marquette and complete scam of Riverside, I walked away with my dream Forester Sport (newer year, less miles, more features compared to what Riverside had listed) that same day. Fox even gave me more for my trade than I expected. Colleen really screwed up this sale, and I'm only writing this review a year later because I am so sick of the tacky commercials. Giving Riverside an iota of my time was truly the most regrettable experience and I urge anyone to avoid them, whether for new or used, and find the superior competitor in Marquette.

They tried to bait and switch me, the truck that i ordered wasnt the truck that was on the build sheet, the grill, tires, and wheels were different, i did however get my 500 dollar deposit back and the saleperson was a nice lady, but they lost a sale, i turned around went to fox negaunee and left with a 2023 silverado, told them my story about riverside and they took off close to 10 grand off, made it cheaper than what i was gonna pay for the tacoma, so needless to say, cant recommened this dealership, go to marquette county and hit up fox motorsEdit: i forgot to mention that i waited over a month for this vehicle just for it to come in wrong, went to fox motors, test drove the truck i liked, and it was mine within an hour or so

While on a vacation, our service light came on in the vehicle, so we stopped in to make sure we could reach our hometown safely. We were met outside the front door by a sales associate who was able to get a service technician to come out and check our vehicle.

Salesman Matt was good until he was gone for 3 weeks and they send you to the general manager who never answers her phone and when you leave a voice mail asking for a call back will only message you. Their business manager when you ask for a refund on a deposit has no power to do it. It's been almost a week since requesting my deposit back and nothing has appeared in my bank account. This branch of the dealer is not a good one.
