My experience with this dealership was great, they made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, the service department was very helpful and took excellent care of everything, codes, recalls everything with a smile and have a great day! Very appreciative of the staff here!

I’m having issues with mykey, Was told by ford customer service to go to the dealership, they can use the forscan tool and delete the mykey. Unfortunately We do not have access to the admin key or this wouldn’t be an issue. Brand new 2023 and they are telling me I have to buy a new key. Surprised a ford service center does not have a forscan tool. Also, customer service needs to be on the same page as the service center. Completely different solutions. Everywhere I read online. Says this can be done at any ford service center.

After working with a dealership in Marquette that just wasn't really motivated to help me I decided to talk with somebody down in escanaba and I have to tell you it is absolutely worth your time to drive to escanaba to visit this dealership. I will forever make this my dealership in the future for any car buying needs. I started the conversation via phone with Dave in sales at 9:00 a.m. and by 4:00 p.m. I was physically leaving the escanaba lot with my car, paperwork done, everything. It was completely hassle-free, the communication between Courtney in finance and Dave the salesman and the help from Kip, the GM, these folks really do want to help you and really do want to sell cars. I am super happy I did not just settle for a place in Marquette, this was easily one of my top car buying experiences, The people themselves really had a lot to do with it and it really just goes to show how far customer service really gets you. Genuinely thankful and impressed.

Amazing customer service at this location. We were helped by Erik who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the inventory at the dealership. Although we didn't end up purchasing a car during this visit I would love to purchase from Riverside Ford in the future given the chance.

Talked to several staff members, all very friendly; one of whom I have bought several vehicles from (including my current), she did a great job helping me to find a vehicle I can afford when I was looking for one... and this is now almost 5 years ago and I am still VERY PLEASED with my car. Today I had my car serviced with oil change and full service vehicle inspection. The technician I dealt with was very nice, knowledgeable and straightforward with my car. It got a clean inspection, clean bill of health. Between my sales lady and the service tech, my dealings at Riverside Ford in Escanaba have been stellar. They are positive, friendly and down to earth. They don't try to sell you something that's not safe just to make a sale. And they don't try to say there's a bunch of false things wrong with your car just to get you to think you need to spend more money with them to fix it. A lot of places out there do those things sometimes, especially if you are a woman or elderly person. But I have had some VERY GOOD LUCK at Riverside Ford. Past car shopping experience here, if I have asked about a car I was interested in, she let me know if it was a good solid car or not. Today's service was the same, straightforward, humble and friendly.... reasonable prices too! Not trying to be too wordy but worth explaining...hard to find a trustworthy place when dealing with cars (not a simple cheap thing), but the people here at Riverside Ford made it a good go-to place!!

I’ve made a couple of used vehicle purchases and trades with Riverside Ford in recent years. Dave and Kip are both some of the best folks in car dealerships I’ve come across. Reasonable, fair, and personable. I’ve been pleased with the experience on both occasions. To the point and no shenanigans. Can’t speak for other Riverside dealerships but you should really consider Riverside Ford in Escanaba when looking for a used vehicle.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment to look at my air-conditioning and figure out why my car shifts hard when I put it into gear and when it goes into a different gear. They referred me to someone else to fix the issue with the air conditioning which was fine because it would save me money, but didn’t even bother looking at why my car was shifting hard. So I got charged $125 and they didn’t even do everything I made the appointment for. When I called the other company to make an appointment, they said that issue Riverside told me I was having with my air conditioner, would not be causing the issues I’m having.$125 for nothing.

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. We were driving through the UP and had an issue with the car, they did everything they could to ensure our car was seen ASAP and the service was top notch. Everyone in the service department could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Travis was the person who I first encountered, he is amazing and kind. If you ever need any service or are looking for a place to buy a car I cannot recommend them enough.
