I bought a vehicle there a few years ago and my experience was amazing they were very friendly... BUT!!!!! I recently went back for a second vehicle and the new lady working there I can't remember her name she was Indian, I was asking about a few different vehicles but she was very rude and texting on her phone the whole time just ignored me the whole time so I just left I doubt she even noticed she has no costumer service. Which is a shame.

Had a great experience with them, the girls in the office were fantastic at getting me into a vechicle. The communication was outstanding.

My car is almost paid off! Have had no issues with the car except for normal ware and tear. Only issue I have ever had is the code not getting set to the right date. But every-time I have called they fix it immediately! They are very willing to work with you if it comes to a time of need. I would get another vehicle through pouliots!

I got a car threw them they didn't honor any warranty I had on it also see that they resold it and turned back the milage about 30 thousand miles less then I had on it, Which is illegal ? I feel bad for who ever goes to this place u will have to rediance agin and start your loan over to keep paying for a car that'd a lemon do not come to this place. They have decent staff that are nice but they lie. U want a lemon and be thousands in debt come here...

BUYER BEWARE sold me a vehicle with many existing problems.Charged me to fix issues that were existed before purchasing. They assured me they would help me should any problems arise. That was one of many lies pitched to me. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere. ??

BUYER BEWARE sold me a vehicle with preexisting problems, which they charged me to fix. The warranty pushed on me doesn't cover any of the problems, that was another lie. Told me they would help me with any problems that arose. All lies. Don't get stuck with a lemon!!

My wife and I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan from Pouliot's August of 2020. We are very satisfied with the vehicle and service. Nick and Sarah were extremely helpful when we recently had our vehicle in for service. They gave us a loaner vehicle for the time that our Volkswagon was there. We love our vehicle! We will do business with them again!

Bought a car from them with a "service contract" (basically means we still have to pay to fix what breaks but at a ‘better’ price ?) within 6 months the power steering went out as well as the transmission. Took it to them to be repaired. They had the car for over a week to get it fixed! Now- Not even 2 months later the transmission is out AGAIN!!! On our way to bring them the vehicle to look at it- it broke down on the side of the highway. We call them and guy is like "well we close in 20 minutes so try to get it to a gas station and we'll get it in the morning" Gave no cares in the world that the vehicle we are paying for from them left us stranded in the middle of nowhere- my husband and 3 kids- had to take $120 taxi ride home. Now we have no vehicle until it's fixed- and they never gave a time frame of when it will be done- my guess is probably another week. My husband is now walking 4 miles down the highway to get to and from work at all hours putting his life in danger (Apparently there aren't any rental cars within 100 miles of us and this place doesn't have loaner vehicles.) because these people can't sell good shape vehicles or at the very least fix the issues with their vehicles the FIRST time!!
I get that they're selling to people who have bad credit but it's disgusting how they take advantage of people in a desperate situation. If you have ANY chance of getting approved elsewhere- go somewhere else!! These people do NOT care about their customers- only their money!!
