Have been bringing my dogs there for 30 years was always a good experience until recently brought my giant schnauzer there a few times and had a good cut but recently she took barely any hair off and wanted to charge 65 dollars which was a 20 dollar increase from last appointment I had asked for some hair for winter not shaved but she took no hair off and when I called her to tell her my disappointment instead of a offer to fix it she said I should have called that day I was upset when I picked her up u would think she would at least offer to fix it also called and left a message she didn’t return I had to call again still no offer to fix so know I have to pay for another hair cut in two weeks time sad since my family has went there for years

The owner lady was very nice and very comforting to my Chaweenie puppy. He is part Chiwawa and is already a nervous dog and when I have taken him to a different place to get his nails trimmed he screamed and cried through the entire experience, but when I brought him to The Pooch Parlor it was a totally different experience. My dog didn't bark, cry , screech or anything while this lady clipped his nails. He shivered nervously of coarse but because if how the lady held him and comforted him as she was clipping his nails made this experience for him completely different from all the other times he got his nails clipped. She only charged me $5 and was very accommodating to my availability.

I brought my 13 yr. old Jack Russell in to the Pooch Parlor when he got sprayed by a skunk. She did a great job with him! Today I brought him back, along with my 7 month old cat to get their nails trimmed. She was so good with my cat that he just laid down on the table and didn't even mind that she was trimming his nails! Her phone rang while she was trimming so she picked him up and brought him with her to answer the phone! I was so impressed!! She is wonderful and does a great job!!

The ladies did great with our babies. One was sleeping when we went back to pick them up and the other was pretty calm considering he is high anxiety. Nails and baths were a success!

Brought my Pom for the first time, showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that! Very affordable, and very friendly staff! I will definitely be going back!
