Late transit, so I drove there to pick up my package and lady at the counter was too lazy to go back there and just grab it and told me it will be at my house tomorrow or the next day... Absolutely pathetic.

The lady who works in the office at this location is very personable. Shes knowledgeable about all things related to postal service, she has outgoing personality, speaks to her customers like they are family. She will go above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. Anytime I have an issue I call and my issues handled with care and concern. This is my favorite location I live miles away but travel here anytime I need to go in to the office because I know it will be the best service.

They refuse to answer their phone. I drove over and called for the 6th time while walking in and watched the counter girl ignore the call again while visiting with other employees in the back. I shouldn't have had to drive over to give them my tracking # to hold a package. No they were not busy in the lobby.

My package was too long for my mailbox so she left it. Hang out about 16 inches into the road yesterday they used my identity and said that I wanted my package left at the post office for pick up. I never made such a request. They took it upon themselves because they didn’t feel like delivering it. Erie post office is terrible.

I have had several times mail has been late its getting old! Then they stop in front of my house get ready to give my my boyfriends birthday gift on the day of his birthday when I paid for expited shipping and then never got the gift I guess they will be back of they have it not happy at all!!!
