Worst service / highest price / no customer support / no one pickup the phone for days !and they always wants to lock you or force to stay in contract or they charge you extra. Also you request a cancelation, they lock you in a new contract first, after they says you need to pay penalty.provide a good service people will stay in contract.

We had several miscommunications - the person who finally resolved all the issues was Tiffany - she helped us get rid of the wrong containers and get the right container, as well as resolved the billing issues associated with them. Through all my frustrations, she kept a level head, friendly but professional! Thanx, Tiffany!!!

Their garbage men left an empty bin a few fit into the roadway. It’s a 55 mph backroad and it was a very dark morning cause of overcast clouds. So now I don’t have a mirror on my car. If I hadn’t seen it and tried to swerve I’d probably be replacing a head light and/or bumper. I’m sure they’re being paid enough money to make sure the trash bins aren’t sitting on busy roads.

Junk service...go with any other trash company if possible.....moved out of house and they charge you 30 dollars per can to pick up their cans... probably the worst trash company out there

2nd can. Cause yall literally toss them in traffic like jerks. Canceled today! GOT STEVENS AND 2 CANS FOR LESS THAN MY 1 WITH REPUBLIC. ( * the customer service phone reps have been nice, wish the trash pick up was as good of service. )

Was told my quarterly price would be $86 a quarter and was then charged $132. When I called to complain I was told this was due to "fees" including a fee to dump my trash at the landfill... Quickly canceled my service and switched to another company that charges $90 a quarter all fees included. They even had the audacity to charge me another $35 to close my account. Would never use this company again.

Worked with Keith Myers throughout the build. we had 3 dumpsters on site at all times. When needed swapped out or relocated he made it happen. Truly appreciate all the help form Keith and his team.

We are a marina and therefore our business is seasonal. We were having a problem getting our container moved from a summer to a winter location and back the next summer. Sam Rivera got involved and got our container moved in a timely fashion.Service: Dumpster rental

We have been with republic services for a year now and so happy we made the switch. Met with our rep Greg today and really appreciated his concern that we were happy with their service and all of our locations. Highly recommend!!
