They had shiners for perching. They also carry some tackle, ice, and snacks. They guy that runs it will tell u where he heard they're catching and he was helpful to a few guys that didnt know the lake and showed them a map of Lake Erie, which is very helpful.

Came from Indiana to Ohio for a weekend getaway. Our airbnb was on the lake. Had to find a place that sold fishing licenses. Came to the store and didn't realize it was in Michigan.Went into the store to see if they sold Ohio licenses which they did! The lady was so nice and helpful!! I asked alot of questions regarding fish in the area. She was very helpful and gave good advice which helped us! The store had a great selection as well! Great store! Ended up having a great day of fishing! Thanks to this shop! We love running into businesses like this!

I went up here for the first time about five years ago. I met a older gentleman by the name of me Leon who was retired from ford. He took me up here we got bait from the fisherman’s cave. Very friendly people. They have so much in this small space. They take very good care of there customers n this is the place u want to get your bait at. Shiners, minnows, night crawlers whatever u want. They really appreciate your business n really take good care of there customers. Thankyou appreciate your fishermans cave.
