Tammie runs an amazing rescue! She always puts the needs of the horses first and is always honest and helpful! I adopted the most amazing mini from her! Another reviewer said she does not adopt to people that own full sized horses, and that is not true. They just cannot share a pasture for the safety of the horses. All of that is outlined on the website as well.Check out the website, ask questions and be ready to find your new best friend. I did!!!

Saving Grace Miniature Horse Rescue is absolutely wonderful. Tammie goes over and above taking care of these precious little babies that have been mistreated and gone through what no animal should ever endure. She works with you to adopt so they will have perfect forever homes and she does a great job. The time and money rehabilitating these little guys to find a home is unbelievable. I give her 10 stars for all she does!!!!

As a veterinarian who follows the organization closely and talks with Tammie with regularity, I can attest to the high quality of the organization - excellent facilities, care, love and veterinary attention is provided to all animals. All are treated as individuals with special consideration given to the unique aspects of miniature horse care and rehabilitation. Highly recommend.

They will not allow you adopt a mini of you own full sized horses. Very unreasonable imo. You're better off buying something from a breeder than trying to do something nice by adopting a horse in need.

Great rescue, the minis are in great hands once they are there. Well taken care of and well loved each and every day they are at Saving Grace.

Saving Grace Miniature horse rescue and Tammie Miller work tirelessly to rehabilitate and rescue miniature horses. Tammie has a vast wealth of knowledge and is very generous with her time and resources. She adheres to her contract and expects her adopters to take as good of care of these little ones as she does. As a woman that has rescued mini horses for many years she has seen and dealt with some horrific accidents in which mini and full size horses were pastured together. Contractually you may not keep a mini and full size horse together but of course you may own both. If you are looking for a great little friend or want to support a wonderful cause you have come to the right place!

Repeat mini adopter here! Saving Grace is by far doing some of Gods amazing work. Tammie is so selfless and one of the most genuine human beings around, as she has dedicated her life to helping mini’s in need. She’s pretty much a one woman show and with the continued support and help from volunteers, donations and folks who adopt, she is able to continue to save as many mini’s as possible! I have adopted two forever mini’s from her over the past five years and I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about this rescue! George (fka Thunder) and JuneCarterCash (fka Willow) have made a wonderful addition to our family (our OTTB Masi loves to visit with his buddies). Having mini’s has given our 5 year old daughter a great sense of responsibility and she loves taking care of horses, more her size ?? Thank you Tammie for all that you do! We are a lifetime supporter of yours and look forward to hopefully adopting more babies from y’all, in the future. God bless you, in all that you do!
