My miniature horse received a 6-in-1 vaccination from them and she died two weeks later. She hasn't had vaccines before so she shouldn't have gotten 6 at once without knowing how she handles them. Also, she was vaccinated before getting her coggins test results back.

Doctor came out to my parent's house and did a physical on their horse. She was 34 yrs old and lived a great life. The unfortunate decision had to be made to put her down. The Dr. and assistance were wonderful. They took their time and explained the process, and gave my family time to say goodbye. Very professional and caring people.

We had Dr Ureche out last night for an emergency call for my gelding who came up severely lame after getting a cut on his leg in the paddock. Dr Ureche was very quick to respond to our after hours call and to get to our barn. He was professional, extremely patient and kind to my very sad & hurting gelding, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing & talked me through all directions needed for my gelding’s care over the next few days. I honestly can’t thank him enough for making it such a good experience for us.

The office was horrible, I called for a week straight and no one was able to get me any records or information on what was happening with my horse in a timely manner. They were unprofessional, untimely and didn't return voicemails within a 48 hour window. I would not recommend dealing with this clinic because of how unorganized everything was in the office. Every time I called, no one knew that I had called previously about medical records and stated they would get an email right out to me but I still haven't received a single email in regards to anything. Finally, I explained the issue that I was facing in not accomplishing anything by calling and shared my frustration and Ashley told me if I didn't calm down she would put my request for my horses medical documents on the back burner and I wouldn't receive them. This is withholding information from a client and quite frankly extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand the industry right now and Vets are overwhelmed and busy however, I have given this clinic plenty of time to get things together and organized and I am extremely disappointed in the situation.

We are grateful. Incredibly grateful. The clinic staff responded quickly and professionally. The Veterinarians and support staff arrived quickly, were professional, knowledgeable , supportive, concise and reassuring. They did a through exam and did not rush treatment. The return visits and treatment were equally through and we felt reassured with their expert advice. We are resting easier knowing they have our animals best interest in heart and are just a phone call away if there is another emergency situation.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They come out for emergencies whenever I need them, no complaints. Setting up appointments is very easy with them. Love all the vets here. Dr. Helm was the one who found out my horse has cushings and started her on the right medications. I've used Krutlin and Younk as well and cannot say enough good things about them too. I will never change vets. Thank you for always being there when I need you.

Have used them several times for our horse. Dealt with a few different vets, all were very professional and helpful. Office staff always were helpful also.
