I've seen alot of the negative reviews on here. But just went in again today, and this is maybe my 10th+ time stopping in. Everytime the employees are awesome to me, and the service is great!

Friendly staff and super helpful. It’s a post office so the atmosphere isn’t pleasant but it’s not trash soooo 5 stars.

The driver that delivers mail to inwood harbor on Saturdays is completely RUDE! DRIVING WAY TO FAST IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! I was waiting at my mailbox to give him a piece of mail and he speeds right past me as I'm showing him the piece of mail! Wow!! Unprofessional!

Julie does not need to be working in a public post office after putting her hands on a friend of mine while he was exercising his first amendment right of recording in a public place she battered him by putting her hands on him pulling him trying to make him leave she should lose her job immediately complaints are being filed on her for her behavior

I usually have a respectable experience when going to the post office and dealing with the clerk. However recently I have had issues getting my mail delivered, I understand if there’s snow build up they won’t. I had just returned from being out of town and went to shovel in front of my mail box, as I was done and getting in my car I watched the mail delivery person drive right past myself and my mail box , they did not even slow down or look to see if it was shoveled.After they reopened from lunch I called and spoke with a “gentleman” named Mike. I explained to him the issue and that I knew I had mail to be delivered. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, as he made up excuses that they deliver mail in the am and packages in the pm so that’s why she don’t stop. Well I had both mail and a package coming. So that afternoon drove down to post office to pick up my mail and small package, Once I said my name and address Mike said he’d grab it. He did, and then threw it onto the counter and walked away without saying a single word to me, I was standing off to the side with my head down checking my email on my phone therefore some sort of acknowledgment from him would’ve been appropriate. Even if I was looking up professionally an acknowledgement would’ve been appropriate. I had assumed that was mine, and if it was then was that all of it? The clerk had to yell back and ask him if it was.A week later I had given up on shoveling, therefore went to post office to pick up a package that should’ve been delivered the pervious week the day AFTER I shoveled, but wasn’t. Needless to say the clerk couldn’t find any mail or packages for me. It had not been 10 days yet so the package should not have been sent back to the sender and knew there was mail I was waiting on as well as that’s the day the paper comes. So now I worry they are losing items that should be delivered to me. Went out today and spent 45 minutes shoveling as well as left a voicemail, hoping things change, but I have been very unsatisfied with their customer service and ability to perform the duties their job entails.

I am mother of a year old who recieve Christmas gifts from overseas by grand parents. Guy who works at elk rapids post office was showing me big eyes also take off his mask to scream at me that how heavy is my parcel and he would make sure to charge me personally next time. He was threatning me. His intension and behavior was not good. Other also agree that he definitely behave unprofessional with them. Hope he would understand to not to hurt others feelings. I have never met any unkind person in my community before.
