Don worked with us over for over a year showing us multiple homes for sale on Torch, Elk, Skegemog lakes. Very knowledgeable of the area and history. We finally found our lake house. He was great helping with inspections, meetings, closing, and anything that we needed. Highly recommend Don for your next Elk Rapids home!

I cant say enough good things about Don Fedrigon and his team. We looked at a multitude of properties (initially while out of state online) and then devoted several days to in person visits. Don has been beyond wonderful, his knowledge of the market saved us from making some mistakes along the way, and ultimately we purchased a wonderful lot on Torch Lake and Don was able to get it at a very competitive price point. In my opinion Don is really the go-to agent if you want someone who has vast firsthand knowledge of the lake areas in Antrim. We couldnt be happier.

We worked with Don on selling our home and wish we would have known his reputation before we signed with him. We found him to be an agent that tells sellers what they want to hear only to get there listing. We caught him in many lies and quickly realized he only cares about himself. This man is arrogant and a complete moron for trying to get us to believe what he tried to feed us. We found him unprofessional as we listened to him bragging how great he is and how his competitors are not doing as good as he. Be smart and stay clear of this idiot.

Don is very unprofessional and rude. We put an offer of $55,000 over listing price on a property he had listed and didn't give us the time a day and completely ignored our agent that was representing us. It was very clear he wasn't looking to split his commission with anyone so we weren't worth his time. I wonder if his clients knew we were willing to go even more on the offer but I guess they will never know now because they accepted another offer without giving us a chance to counter. Stay away from this guy. He is very unethical.

My husband and I highly recommend Jim Eberle. He was our buyer's agent on a recent land purchase in the TC area. Jim is kind, responsive, and highly knowledgeable about the area and the intricacies of real estate transactions. We especially appreciated his no-pressure approach as we looked at several properties before deciding, as well as his willingness to go the extra mile to resolve every single question we had prior to close.

We drove 3 hours (ONE WAY) today to look at homes with Don. Our first appointment was at 1:15. When we arrived Don handed me a stack of print outs from the MLS on the other properties we were going to look at and told us that we needed to hurry that he had other appointments. I was confused because I thought we were his appointment. Don spent less than 7 minutes with us before telling us he had to lock the house and leave. My kids hadn’t even been in the house yet. I asked him if he was going to show us the other homes and he said no. He said we could drive by the other homes and look at the outside and let him know if we wanted to see them. We were there to see them. That’s why we drove up.Don completely wasted our entire day, as well as the money we spent in gas to drive up. He was unprofessional and disrespectful to our entire family.

I stopped in over 3 weeks ago and left my name, email and phone number. I wanted information on selling my lot. No one ever called me back. Being in the real estate market as a builder and developer my whole life I have never seen this before from a listing agent. I guess you not interested in listing waterfront property?

Jim Eberle is outstanding.Earlier this year we decided to buy our Up North home as our first home. My husband and I both work remotely, and enjoy both city life and escaping to the lake. We lived in San Francisco.. NYC.. and now Detroit- and sought to buy a property that most people would see as a vacation home- and make it our Homestead.Jim met us with integrity, intelligence, responsiveness, energy, market & business acumen and knowledge, personality, marketing/design expertise (he gave us ideas on how to remodel a home for maximum return), and top-notch management skills (He was able to coordinate all aspects of our trips up to view possibilities, and continually kept us apprised of progress).
