I was in Elk Rapids on vacation, and my dog was ill. They got me in right away, treated her, and followed up. Excellent service, and such nice people.

Dr. Schultz is a joke. My dog has been in pain and his personal opinion was better than actual facts. He just needs to stop working with animals if you are so money hungry

Both of my beagle girls have heart disease, so I wanted a cardiologist to see them. I was very impressed with the clinic and all the staff, very friendly. And my girls just loved the cardiologist!

I was thrilled to find a holistic-minded veterinarian here and drive the extra distance just for it. Dr. Starr is knowledgeable and patient and kind. She focuses on food first which I love.She took the time to answer all of my questions and educating me on a longevity plan for my dog.

Dr. Schultz and the entire staff at Elk Rapids Animal Hospital were incredibly kind and helpful when we needed care for our Shih-Tzu while we were away from home. Dr. Schultz explained his condition carefully and contacted me to see how he was doing. He is more than compassionate; he is empathic. We were lucky to find this place!

Wonderful kind and caring people from the first person on the phone all the way through to the Dr. My anxiety over what was happening was off the chart and yet everyone was kind , warm and caring and all helped me to be calm . I would recommend this vet hospital for the smallest to the biggest needs. Wonderful experience with qualified people.
