The manager Tammy is fantastic, always patient, kind and understanding. It’s a pleasure doing business with her.

If I want a great place with a great community in an area with a great blue ribbon school for the kids then u must come see village heights apartments in edwardsburg Mi. I've lived here for about 5 yrs and with the new management and a great property manager in Miss Chrissy Moore it has become a great place to stay. With wht going on right now with covid and the understanding and help when needed and if can this place I'm happy to call my home. Maintenance is on point and fast to do there best to get things done for there tenants. So whether you are a first timer or wanting to settle I would definitely give this a thumbs up.

Waited two and a half weeks to get a new washer and dryer, that mind you had broken 4 times before hand. Maintenance guy was very nice always fixed it but it was the same issue that was clearly the w/d itself. Wouldn’t have cared about the time to get it but management does NOT communicate at all. Doesn’t return voicemails and is very wishy washy in answers. Maintenance didn’t even hear about our issue until I called and wasn’t very nice. We pay entirely way too much for this to be happening. We love our place but this has been crazy. Have heard similar issues have been happening lately. Won’t be giving management anymore information please don’t respond to this review with some generic “I’m sorry” I’m simply letting future tenants know.

Expensive. They dont have a playground they say they do but its old construction materials stuck in corner of parking lot. The apartment was nice but too much money. Also no other amenities... No gym, pool, community gathering spot, barely an office. Also dont clean the hallway areas which are finished and carpeted with windows. The only space you get to store outdoor stuff like bikes grill cozy cars strollers etc. If you live on 2nd floor is a small little cubby hole under steps in hallway area and its clearly visible when u walk in no door or locks anyone can walk right in and grab your stuff. Parking lot sucks and there isnt really enough room if neighbors have a small get together u wont be able to park close by.

My husband and I have lived here for the last two years and we're now moving for a job. We had a very good experience at these apartments. We never had any major problems and maintenance was always very responsive and helpful to any minor issues we had with appliances. Our leasing agent was very kind and helpful. Overall for pricing, these apartments were great and we would recommend them to others.

Every bug under the sun don’t live here if you want to have fun... they r great apartments but they came equip with fleas cockroaches and bedbugs (all gray apartments) the maintenance man told us that they are nattorious for bedbugs ... so we told them how reticular it was and they gave us $100 off rent out of $950... then they never took the $100 off anyways so
