Terrible customer service... We just literally got kicked out before even walking in.. Mind you there is snow on the ground and the parking lot area wasn't very define so we just quickly parked near the entrance... Lady frantically comes out (already upset at somerhing) demanding we move our car because we parked wrong... No big deal my partner turns around to move the car I proceed to walk in but she's still standing on the way of the door with a look and says "AND you have to have a mask on... It was our first time but never will come back. we love supporting small businesses but this lady's attitude was far from welcoming.

I love going to Nelsons and visiting with Karen. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to all my herbal questions. My daughter quit going with me on my stops to Nelsons because she says “ma you take like an hour and a half to two hrs every time you go to Nelson’s.” She right I could spend all day with Karen at Nelsons Herbs and garden.

Step off the beaten path for a lovely, small shopping experience featuring natural products, plants and vegetables grown on site, and hand made craft items. I always enjoy my visits. The owners are just really good people.

This shop has beautiful plants and a small food section. The succulent and lavender plants I bought are thriving and that is not usually the case.
