The owners of this storage facility are refusing to give my retired mother her money back that she has paid in advance. They said if she chose to pay in advance that was her decision that they don't issue refunds. She left there back in December and is still trying to get her money back that is rightfully hers. Bad business practice and customer service.

Always treated wonderful by this company. Owner was compassionate when I had trouble paying 1 month. I would highly recommend.

My dad had his car stored here, one weekend he received a call saying it was stolen and that the security cameras happen to not be recording for that weekend. They leave their gates unlocked 24/7 and anyone can enter without using any key code. The gate just opens when you pull up in front of it. Currently working on a lawsuit against them for withholding security footage, and for not providing a secured lot as promised. Would never recommend this one business to anyone looking to seriously store their items.
