Since nothing was found they did not charge me for the visit saving me money when they still could have charged me a diagnostic fee. “The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Late one evening, a thousand miles from home, I stopped in after being stranded with 2 of my small children, one a screaming baby. I was informed they could not install my battery due to its placement, but they knew someone who could. After a quick phone call, their helper arrived, ready to work. I picked the cheapest battery but was hooked up with one that had a longer warranty for peace of mind.These people turned my entire week around.
