Considering this was my first experience with something like this and how some people warned the paint may not match when work like this is done, my expectations were set low on the results. “Want to give a huge shout out to the crew at this location. I was down at the medical facility across the street from them when my alternator went out and my battery died and they walked across the street to diagnose my problem. They took my battery out and put it on their charger for an hour to see if that was my problem. It was not but the charge was enough to get me back to Michigan only 20 minutes from home so my husband could help me. They DID NOT charge me for helping me or charging my battery. They made no money off of me but helped me anyways. Thank very much for helping a stranded lady get back home.”
“i truly have never been disappointed with TMT. not even in the slightest. i have worked with the granger location and the mishawaka location a handful of times and each time has been such a breeze. they’re on top of their service, communication is above and beyond and their kindness is what makes it all worth it to me. i went on the website for mishawaka yesterday to schedule an appointment for today and jeff texted me shortly after saying they could come pick my car up from me at work, leave me a loaner, and get me all fixed up the same day. amazing.”

“Bryce is AMAZING! We got into an accident with front driver’s side damage and he was the ONLY body shop for miles that could get us in right away. He worked expertly with our insurance and was even able to help us find creative solutions to get our van back sooner when multiple parts delays came up.
