“My family and I recently just moved in and so far the maintenance has been great! Even when I called about a few things that ended up just needed a little tweak Seth the maintenance guy helped with no problem and was really fast on arriving and helping fix the issue. Maintenance has been very helpful and arriving very quick with each call I’ve made! They are awesome!”

“Low income apartments. Seems to give many in the community a 2nd chance. I think they allow felons here and others who are down on their luck. Police presence is very visible and they interact with the residents. Considering the type of folks who live here there's not an unusual amount of crime activity. If there is an issue it's usually quickly squashed by the residents, owners or police. This spot deserves a community pat on the back. ????”

“If I want a great place with a great community in an area with a great blue ribbon school for the kids then u must come see village heights apartments in edwardsburg Mi. I've lived here for about 5 yrs and with the new management and a great property manager in Miss Chrissy Moore it has become a great place to stay. With wht going on right now with covid and the understanding and help when needed and if can this place I'm happy to call my home. Maintenance is on point and fast to do there best to get things done for there tenants. So whether you are a first timer or wanting to settle I would definitely give this a thumbs up.”
