My son's car was totaled, but we wanted to pay to fix it. Steve went above and beyond for us, kept us in the loop all the way, and had it fixed quick - other places had a 4+ month waiting list to even look at it! My family members have bought, sold and repaired cars with Rite On for over 20 years now, we trust them, and will continue to refer and use Rite On for everything car related. ALWAYS VERY SATISFIED!

OK let me see here. The vehicle was not washed inside or out when I took it for a test drive everything was fine no lights on but when I purchased it and left the engine light came on. I mean Adel told me that the rain was my wash job that’s all I’m gonna get I thought he was messing around with me very poor sales person. I paid a lot of money and this guy just cleared the computer and couldn’t even detail the car at all. I would recommend not going there.

Nothing but problems! I have put close to about $2000 of my own money into repairs & it's still scary to drive.I needed a vehicle BAD. My credit was not great, I didn't have a co-signer, & I had little money for a down payment. I was desperate. In the lot before signing any paperwork, I had concerns. I voiced these to Adel & he called Nicole. I could hear Nicole thru the phone & she said something along the lines of "We are giving her a great deal on this car, does she want it or not?" Hmm. Okay. I mean, yes I want it but I want a vehicle that is safe. I guess it's my fault for not listening to my gut & signing the paperwork anyway.Fast forward to AFTER signing the papers.About a month later, my car was not accelerating properly. It would hesitate, causing the check engine light to come on & flash. I thought "great, it's the transmission". But I had the warranty so I wasn't too worried. I took it into a shop & turns out it's the spark plugs. This is NOT covered by warranty. I get the spark plugs changed. Then a week later, the radio stopped working.About a month later, I noticed a clunking when I would turn the wheel. It was the trailing arms. Again, turns out it's not covered by the warranty so I had to pay that out of pocket. They replaced the trailing arms & gave me a list of other things they saw when they did the overall inspection.I saved up & took my car to that same shop & had them check with the warranty company on what they would cover. The warranty covered about 10% of what I needed in order to make the car safe to even drive. I spent about $900 out of pocket repairs after the warranty company covered their portion.A few months go by & the check engine light finally comes on again. Turns out it's the purge valve. It was a $35 part, so I bought it & had a mechanic replace it. The check engine light did not go off, so Auto Zone reset it. It only went off for a week, then came back on. It kept flashing the purge valve code, but it's been replaced & I had the same mechanic check to make sure it was installed correctly. It was. So now I'm driving with this light on & I have no idea what's actually wrong with the car. It keeps coding purge valve, but that's not the issue. There's so many more mechanical & structural issues. The list is endless. To top it all off, there are currently 3 damp-rid moisture absorbent packs hanging in it. Water is getting in & my car is literally growing mushrooms. The seats & the floors are soaked every time it rains. My car smells like mildew horribly. It's disgusting.Turns out, it's not a seal issue. It's a structure issue because the vehicle was in a ROLLOVER! Alongside other fender benders & issues, this vehicle has been in a rollover, ran into a tree & ran over a fence.I guess it's shame on me for not running a CarFax. If you are going to get a vehicle form here, please for the love of God, RUN THE CARFAX! What kind of people sleep at night knowingly selling an unsafe vehicle to a human being?Due to it being unsafe & quite literally rotting/falling apart, I had no choice but to have the bank take it back. After bringing up these issues to Nicole, she wanted to "help" by putting me into another vehicle & rolling over the payments.I was absolutely not going to get into another one of their vehicles.I'm devastated that I was treated this way & now I have this on my credit that I've worked really hard on. Thanks so much for a traumatic & downright awful experience. Please run far away from Rite On Auto Sales!

0 stars!I'm writing this 1 year after getting my car from Rite On.There has been nothing but problems since. I took it into a shop & turns out it's the spark plugs. This is NOT covered by warranty. I get the spark plugs changed. Then a week later, the radio stopped working. I took it back to that shop & it had nothing to do with anything they had done, but they looked at it anyway. It was a burnt out wire & I would need to get a new radio.About a month later, I noticed a clunking when I would turn the wheel. I spent about $800 out of pocket repairs after the warranty company covered what they authorized.A few months go by & the check engine light finally comes on again. Turns out it's the purge valve. It was a $35 part, so I bought it & had a mechanic replace it. The check engine light did not go off, so I had Auto Zone reset it. It only went off for a week, then came right back on. It keeps flashing that purge valve code, but it's been replaced & I had that same mechanic double check it to make sure it was installed correctly. It was. So now I'm driving with this light on that I have no idea what's actually wrong with the car. It keeps coding the purge valve, but that's not the issue. There are so many more mechanical & structural issues. There's that rollover term again that they seem to love.I was absolutely not going to get into another one of their vehicles. I went elsewhere & was put into a SAFE, reliable vehicle & they even paid for the CarFax for me.I'm devastated that I was treated this way & now

I went here to check out a few vehicles & the owner (I assume) personally assisted me & he's very reasonable with getting you a quality vehicle. You're not just put into anything & sent on your way this is definitely a good place to start if you're looking to purchase a used vehicle
