“I recently took my sons ford in for head light change . On this car the whole bumper has to be removed. They did a great job and price was fair. I usually don’t put reviews but in this case i had to! I met the owner and explained as a female i don’t trust any machinists because i got ripped off in the past! the owner put my mind at ease and understood as he had daughters. now I’m going to take my van for repairs and my 5 adult children know where to go for repairs!! friendly owner and staff!!! “Top not customer service, repair work and pricing. Jim the owner is remarkably fair and honest, easy to talk to and explains issues in an easy to understand manner. Ron the manager at the front desk has amazing customer service and is an all star. He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. We’ve been taking our cars here for 7+ years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help throughout the years!”
“I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome’s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!”

“Great car wash, friendly staff. Vacuums don’t always work so hope you pick a good one! 4/5 times the soap in the wash leaves some residue on my windows but a bit of a polish with a microfiber cloth will take that off. Overall, would recommend this business.”

“My experience isnt related to mechanical problems that received service but my truck broke down as my kid was trying to help me move, they freaked cuz they couldnt get off the road so they took off to get help n when they returned it was gone. After i found which towing agency picked it up n called Kraklau's, I explained why it was left behind n that my kid was unaware of the towing assit ins covered. In short its been a rough unforgiving start of a yr, the owner worked w me including excepting my coverage for the tow bill n fees, having to lebd me tools, multiple failed plans(ppl backing out on me), im very greatful they were called n [oddly] impounded my truck. I was confident that my stuff was safe unlike some areas. Those boys r of the old skl generosity era 4 sure wish there was more of em! Thk u 4 help n patience much ?”
