“I had my first visit at Eastwood vet today (our new vet) and if I could give 10 stars I would. To start, communicating with them via phone they’re responsive, helpful, and kind. Going into the clinic the first thing I noticed was that it was clean, quiet and there was no one waiting to be seen. I checked in and was immediately taken to a room (where I’m used to having to wait an hour past my scheduled appt time at my old clinic to even get into a room). Dr. Marstin came into the room with ten minutes of arriving, and spent a good 15 minutes in the room talking to me, answering all of my questions and getting to know my dog. I had no idea vet clinics like this even existed. My old clinic always has long wait times on the phone, has a packed lobby with too close quarters for dogs, hour long wait times to get into a room, 45 minute wait times to have a doctor come into the room, and then the doctor only spends 5 minutes with you. I could not recommend Eastwood enough. The prices were extremely reasonable (I paid around $100 where I normally would’ve paid $250+) and they even had sample flea/tick/heartworm medicine for me to use on my puppy. Eastwood now has lifelong business with me and my dogs/cats.”
