A while back I didn't have insurance and I needed an antibiotic. I called Rite-Aid and they said it was $123.00. I called Walmart and they said $125.00. I called Meijer and they said it was also $125.00. I finally called Rottenbucher and they told me it would cost me $17.21 without insurance. I told them the price everywhere else gave me and even they were shocked by how much they marked up their prices. Needless to say, I will never use another pharmacy. An added bonus is how friendly and helpful everyone is. I've even called to have help with choosing OTC meds for my children that they've pulled from the shelf for me to pick up.

Love this place! Had always used a "big box" pharmacy before. These hometown people now know me. They strive to make sure I understand all I need to know about my meds and are patient with me since my brain injury.

So thankful to the woman at Petite Hardware who suggested I give Rottenbucher's Pharmacy a try...keep it local. I was displeased with the Charlotte Meijer pharmacy, so transferred to Rottenbucher's. They have so many interesting things! Unique candles, cards, Christmas items, and if course, health & fitness items.I have straight Medicaid and Medicare, and they accept both. You can set it up so they notify you your medications are ready each month which I wasn't getting before. I'm not sure at the moment if they deliver meds for free...or at all, but I'm very pleased with them.

I absolutely love Rottebuchers Pharmacy!! The Pharmacists are top notch, very professional, and always very kind. All of the staff go above and beyond for all your needs. They are so caring, and understanding. I would never go anywhere else! 10 out of 10!! 100% AMAZING!!!

Staff is always friendly. The pharmacist has answered countless questions regarding my prescriptions and has helped me navigate issues with my insurance company. I switched a few years ago from a nationwide chain because they were awful and unhelpful. I couldn't be happier I did. Hometown service at its finest is what you get from Rottenbaucher!

Very friendly place, will contact doctor if needed, easy to refill prescriptions, will do 30 or 90 day refills, provide pharmacist insight into over the counter medicine alternatives, they call me when prescription is ready. Have lots of other interesting stuff besides medical related. Located right downtown, free parking right out front and in back, can walk to other downtown shops and eateries.
